After purchasing a three month membership for my husband's birthday, the war in Ukraine broke out and my husband was sent to assist with the refugee crisis in Poland for his job. He never set foot in the gym. After five attempts to ask if we could postpone the start of my husband's membership until he returns, Angelos, the manager in Thermi, told me this was not possible. He referenced the contract and would not even consider allowing my husband's three month membership to start later. Given the circumstances, I think this is a horrible way to handle business and shows just how much they truly value their customers.
