★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order online on 20th January 2021. It said the order would arrive within 2-3 weeks. I am still waiting for my ebooks (they are not even hardcopy books so postal delivery shouldn't be a problem). I have emailed the company 3 times and haven't received any reply. The customer service is non-existent and I'm very disappointed with the service. The website tracking number is also of very little help as it doesn't give me any updates. I've uploaded a screenshot of my order status. I hope to receive help from the company regarding my order .
