Really good seafood restaurant in perfect location. Table a couple of feet from the water - just what we imagined when we were looking forward to holiday. Great shrimp spaghetti and sea bass, accompanied by nice wine. Very good value and welcoming.

Excellent food and service. We liked it so much we came back a couple of days later. Amazing location, one step from the sea. Very friendly waiters and the food not too pricey, which is rare. We can recommend the swordfish steak(15 EUR) and the fresh fried calamari (8EUR). We also tried meat meals and they were delicious too. The local beer (Zeos) is a premium quality beer with a distinctive taste.

Really delicious food, especially their freshly caught seafood. We had red snapper and saganaki shrimp which were out of this world yummy! The zucchini balls were to die for and greek salad and tzatziki equally appetizing. Highly recommend!

I had a small salad, bread, fresh squid and a large portion of chips for €15. It was very nice indeed. I think with the other dishes it was a good deal. The service was excellent. I was served by Jim(Demetras) who spoke excellent English. The location is right down on the beach in the small delightful village port

We were very happy with our experience in this tavern, the service was exceptionally good and also the food was really great for a decent price. We visited on 18.04.2022. Our waiter was one of the friendliest waiters we ever had. He was very helpful, told us about the foods and gave us advice. As apetizers, we ordered tzatziki, fried zucchini, aubergines in tomato sauce, and symi shrimp (listed as a main dish). All of them were very tasty, the tzatziki required a bit of salt, but then it was very good. The aubergines were extremely good, they were crispy on the outside and at the same time soft and creamy on the inside. Our main dishes were stuffed squid, which was good but not exceptional. We had grilled octopus, which was very soft and still had a texture with a crispy outside. Then we had shrimp saganaki and mussle saganaki (fried mussles in cheese sauce). These were extremely good, we really loved it. The saganaki also had a slight taste of ouzo and the recipe is a speciality of the chef. The portions were average sized, to slightly larger.

Disappointing experience and bad service: majority of seafood is not fresh, items we ordered went unavailable although the owner/manager told us they were when we asked, even garlic-potato dip “scordaglià” was definitely made from instant potato purée. No salt, pepper or napkins on the table throughout the dinner. Waiting so long for everything, even for a receipt & for the change too. We felt disrespected and unwanted, very sad to encounter such poor service and quality in Peloponnese.
