We took the ferry from Nidri to Meganisi. The man (a Greek wearing glasses) who led us with our car on the boat was absolutely rude! 'Listen to me! Listen to me! Hear what I say! Do what I tell you!' His English was so bad that it wasn't clear what he wanted us to do. The way he was speaking to us was UNACCEPTABLE! Once we were on the deck, we could still hear him shout to other people in the room below who were parking their car on the ferry. If there is any way to avoid this company, do so please!

We took the cruise to Kastos and Kalamos. Nice journey, with stops to beautiful beaches. However, the boat is quite old; at the first deck the engines are very noisy, and the emissions they output smells very strong

Booked a cruise to Egremni beach, Porto Katsiki and Agiofili beach, first they wanted to charge us €25 but since we told them that we had heard of people getting it for as low as €15 they offered it for €20, but only in cash. We boarded our boat: Nikolaos. Then the cruise began. We got to the Cape with the lighthouse after a good while, and ended up being tossed around by quite some waves as soon as we turned around it to proceed to Egremni. Then we were informed through the loudspeakers that it was impossible to continue, that "even the big boats are turning back", which was more than obviously wrong. By the way, Nikolaos was comparatively small, the other boats going to the same destinations were much bigger. So we went straight to Agiofili beach, and then to two smaller beaches, after spending 1-2 hrs at each beach. While the beaches weren't necessarily bad, we never got to see what we had actually paid for - and there is no way the crew didn't know beforehand. Also, the bigger boats could make it through the choppy waters much more easily. Anyway, this would still have made for 3 or 4 stars, but the crew was quite cranky overall, and sometimes even rude, especially when shouting at us to hurry up getting off or on the boat, although we weren't being particularly slow at all. It was a rather disappointing trip, if we had known that the bigger boats had made it there for sure, even though they had more people on it, we would have gone with them. And even paid more. So when you book, make sure you book the right boat! If you want to be sure to make it to the beaches that you paid for, don't go with Nikolaos.

I'd like to start my review by addressing a few things mentioned in less good reviews on Trip Advisor: If anyone is rude, it's the passengers, not the crew. The entitlement and impatience of some people is out of this world! Also, the music is not loud at all, though the selection of songs could be better. Now to my comments: We booked a cruise on Monday, Aug 9th (Meganisi, Kastos, Kalamos) and everything was awesome! From the lady at the agency, the people outside the boat, over to the crew β€” everyone was very friendly and super helpful! The lady at the bar on the boat was lovely and the captain was a delightful person ready to answer any question we might have had about anything. Just as with our first cruise to Kastos and Kalamos, the second one (this time to visit the beaches Egremni and Porto Katsiki) was just as great! The captain even remembered us from the first day. Overall, I'd recommend this over any other huge cruise ship. Nikolaos' Boat is more down to earth, the boat isn't as crowded, the bar has nice prices, and for 25€/person for the ticket, it's more than worth it!

We took the Nikolaos boat. Cruise was really good. Awesome beaches, super hot sunny weather. The crew could be friendlier. I was trying to make conversation with one of the staff members who was wearing a red shirt, asked him multiple time for few things, he provided answer but could have been friendlier. I understand its the end of the season and everyone wants to chill but I would assume to have a friendlier staff on board. The lady behind the bar was very friendly, the other two guys not so much.

Todays experience with the Nikolaos ship wasnt very pleasant and the one i have hoped for. First of all, for some reason we were charged 20 euros per person for a trip to Egremni, Porto Katsiki and Agoifili beaches, but there were other people on the same ship who paid for the same trip 15 euros per person. We also checked the price after we got off the ship after the trip, at the agencies selling this tour through Nydri and it was really 15 eur. Another thing is that they sell the whole trip (these 3 beaches) for this price and dont say at the time you buy a ticket that the ship might not visit some of the beaches due to strong winds and waves, which was the case today. Im sure that it was pretty obvious to the ship crew even before starting the tour, according to the weather forecast and the winds for that day. And before boarding the ship we asked and the crew members told us that they will make it to all 3 beaches today part of the tour they are selling. Nikolaos ship is smaller ship than the other ones touring the beaches and nearby islands and cant take on bigger waves and strong wind in the open sea. Thats why we didnt visit Egremni and almost also passed Porto Katsiki. If told prior buying the tickets for their tour, we would have taken another tour with the bigger ships that made Egremni regardless of the wind and waves today. Another thing is that they had different tour guides today, one crew member speaking english and hungarian and another one who spoke bulgarian. Both of them were telling different information for the same things at the same time which was kind of funny and unprofessional :) oh and lame thing is that instead to Egremni, they took us to another private small beach not worth visiting at all... I wish they would have told us that they MIGHT NOT visit the beaches included in the tour they were selling in advance, so we could choose another ship. We already went to Porto Katsiki and Agiofili before and wanted to see Egremni today which is reachabe only by boat, but unfortunately didnt make it. I consider this quite a rip off and would suggest them to tell the proper information to each passenger before buying the ticket!
