★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα ήθελα να μοιραστώ την εμπειρία μου ως καταναλωτής στο κατάστημα της Hugo Boss.
Θα εστιάσω μόνο στο κομμάτι της μεταχείρισης πελατών, αφού θεωρώ πως μια εταιρία κρίνεται ως επί το πλείστον απο τον τρόπο και τον σεβασμό που δείχνει στον υποψήφιο πελάτη.
Θα προσπεράσω την τάση που έχουν κάποιοι υπάλληλοι να ενστερνίζονται ενδυματολογικά , θέλω να ελπίζω, στερεότυπα
για την αγοραστική ικανότητα του πελάτη και βάση αυτού να επιλέγουν εάν θα αφιερώσουν χρόνο για την εξυπηρέτησή του.
Συγκεκριμένα, πριν απο λίγες ημέρες εξυπηρετήθηκα απο έναν νεαρό πωλητή και του ζήτησα να μου δείξει κάποια Sport Coats και τόνισα πως τα θέλω για τον χώρο εργασίας μου.
Τη στιγμή που φόρεσα το σακάκι ο υπάλληλος θεώρησε σοφό να μου αναφέρει πως τα συγκεκριμένα ενδύματα είναι τα πλέον κατάλληλα για οδηγούς και σωματοφύλακες και φοριούνται κατά κόρον απο τους εν λόγω επαγγελματίες.
Όταν εγώ τον ρώτησα : "Οδηγοί; , τι οδηγοί ακριβώς;" , μου απάντησε :
"Για σημαντικά άτομα και τα λοιπά΄.."
Δυστυχώς επειδή δεν είμαι οδηγός σημαντικών προσώπων ούτε σωματοφύλακας δεν αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο ένδυμα και πήγα σε ένα γειτονικό κατάστημα και αγόρασα δύο τα οποία σίγουρα θα απολαύσω καθήμενος στο άνετο γραφείο μου.
Μια ερώτηση προς τον κύριο.
- Τι είδους συλλογισμού ακολουθήσατε και κρίνατε την εμφάνισή μου ως καταλυτική για την ενασχόλησή μου στα προαναφερθέντα επαγγέλματα; Θέλω να πιστέυω πως ήταν και μόνο η ενδυματολογική μου επιλογή (Casual) και όχι η καταγωγή μου.
I would like to share my experience as a consumer in the Hugo Boss store.
I will focus only on the part of customer treatment, since I believe that a company is judged mostly by the way and the respect it shows to the prospective customer.
I will overcome the tendency of some employees to embrace costumes, I want to hope, stereotypes
for the customer's purchasing power and on this basis to choose whether to devote time to service.
Specifically, a few days ago I was served by a young salesman and asked him to show me some Sport Coats and I stressed that I want them for my workplace.
The moment I put on the jacket, the employee thought it wise to tell me that the specific clothes are the most suitable for drivers and bodyguards and are worn by the professionals in question.
When I asked him: "Drivers? What exactly are drivers?" , he answered me :
"For important people and so on."
Unfortunately, because I am not a driver of important people or a bodyguard, I did not buy this garment and I went to a nearby store and bought two which I will definitely enjoy sitting in my comfortable office.
A question to the gentleman.
- What kind of reasoning did you follow and judge my appearance as a catalyst for my involvement in the aforementioned professions? I want to believe that it was only my clothing choice (Casual) and not my origin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice suits, excellent quality. We bought groom suit from them. Seller insisted that trousers can be modified up to 2 sizes more, however it could go up to barely 1 size more. We are still into finding an appropriate trouser to match the colour, not to say buy a new suit 2 weeks before wedding. Seller's guidance is extremely important and we stayed totally unsatisfied with that service...
