★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε 2η φορά και δεν το αλλάζουμε, όταν ξαναπάμε στο νησί της Κύθνου θα μείνουμε ξανά εδώ! Είναι προσεγμένο, είναι καθαρό, είναι ανακαινισμένο, με ζεστή και φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα. + Βρίσκεται στη χώρα της Κύθνου, πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία για να γυρίσεις όλο το νησί.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really special apartment in the heart of Kythnos town. Very nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities for a short or a long stay (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine). The owner is very kind and friendly too. Definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niko's house is very beautiful. We stayed with my family for a weekend and loved it. It is very centrally located (just a couple of minutes from the main road with all the shops, restarants etc) but also very quiet. we hope to return soon. Nikos is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house was very clean. A very well maintained residence, in fact one of the very best in Kythnos. In terms of amenities had everything that a hotel would offer. The distance from the center of Chora where the house is located is literally 3 minutes by foot. In 3 minutes you are in the hustle and bustle of Chora center with all the small shops and restaurants /bars. The residence has a lovely balcony where you can rest and enjoy the sunset, visible from one side of the balcony. The host is very supportive when needed and the best person to ask info for the island on where and what to do. When you are in Kythnos this is your place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house is absolutely fantastic! It's spacious, the decoration is very very nice, the terrace is lovely, the bedroom is really cute. The location is perfect, just mettres away from Chora but in a quiet area. Nikos is an excellent host. We really enjoyed staying at his place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikos is a perfect host and his place felt like a home away from home. It was very clean and had all the necessary household items and essentials. New and vintage furniture are a plus more, wisely chosen, a very warm place to stay and enjoy your time. Location is great by all means with a private balcony ideally for relaxing with your friends, in the center of Chora and couple of minutes from the best beaches of the island. I give it a 10' and will definitely choose to stay in my next visits. Definitely a great choice of value for money. Niko we would like to thank you for everything until the next time and moreover we mention that he had some good recommendations for things to see and do while in Kithnos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed in Nikos place after Easter for 6 days. The house is amazing comforts, traditional decoration that you can only love. Nikos is an excellent host and always available if something is needed.
The house is situated right in the middle of everything, in a quite area. 1-2 minutes away of all the markets, bars and restaurant of Chora.
Fully recommended!
