★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογοι σε όλα τα επίπεδα, σοβαρή εταιρία με πολύ λογικές τιμές. Παρήγγειλα μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο (γιατί δεν είχα ιδέα απ'αυτά) μια αεροκουρτίνα OLEFINI. Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση, γιατί είναι σπάνιο αυτές τις μέρες, είναι η ευγένεια και η σοβαρότητα που αντιμετωπίζουν τον πελάτη.
Η παραγγελία μου ήρθε νωρίτερα απ'ότι περίμενα με πολύ καλό αμπαλαζ όπως είχα ζητήσει. Ευχαριστώ τον κύριο Ηρακλή που με εξυπηρέτησε με
υπομονή και μου εξήγησε ακριβώς τι χρειάζομαι για το χώρο μου.
 Flawless at all levels, serious company with very reasonable prices. After much searching (because I had no idea about them) I ordered an OLEFINI air curtain. What struck me, because it is rare these days, is the courtesy and seriousness with which they treat the customer.
My order came earlier than I expected with very good packaging as I had requested. Thanks to Mr. Hercules for serving me
patience and explained to me exactly what I need for my space.

στις ανάγκες που εχω .μπηκα στο σαιτ της εταιρίας εποικοινωσα με τον υπεύθυνο bar man μου έλυσε ολα τα προβλήματα

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα παραγγελία και μου την έστειλε λάθος....και οταν του ζήτησα να μου την αλλάξει ενώ τον ειχα ξοφλήσει...μου είπε οτι δεν ξερει τίποτα και οτι δεν τον ενδιαφέρει..απαράδεκτος τελείως....τραγική εταιρεία....
I placed an order and he sent it to me wrong .... and when I asked him to change it for me while I had paid him ... he told me that he knows nothing and that he is not interested..it is completely unacceptable .... tragic company ... .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογοι σε όλα τους! Άριστοι επαγγελματίες και σοβαρή εταιρεία. Είχα παραγγείλει ένα προϊόν το οποίο είχε κάποιο χτύπημα από το εργοστάσιο καθώς η συσκευασία ήταν άθικτη. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και παροτι δεν ευθυνόταν η FrigoHellas μου το αντικατέστησαν ήδη την επόμενη μέρα κιολας με άλλο καινούργιο. Να τονίσω αν και σε άλλο νομό η παραλαβή μέσω κούριερ ήταν ταχύτατη. Τους ευχαριστώ πολύ και θα τους ξανα προτιμήσω σίγουρα!
Flawless in all of them! Excellent professionals and serious company. I had ordered a product that had some knock from the factory as the packaging was intact. I contacted them and although FrigoHellas was not responsible for me, they already replaced it the next day with another new one. To emphasize, although in another prefecture the delivery by courier was very fast. Thank you very much and I will definitely prefer them again!

Very good impression from an online order I made. Careful packaging of the product, immediate service at least for Thessaloniki. Wide variety of products in relation to food of any kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αψογοι σε ολα τους.Εχω κανει 4 παραγγελιες απο το 2021 και μετα και ολα ηρθαν μεσα σε δυο μερες -οπως γραφουν στο site τους- και σε τελεια συσκευασια,με στρωσεις απο bubblecraft.
Αποστολη της παραγγελιας την ιδια μερα και παραλαβη μεσα σε δυο μερες,τι αλλο να ζητησει κανεις ;
Πεντε αστερια λοιπον απο μενα.Αψογοι !
Flawless in everything. I have made 4 orders from 2021 onwards and everything came within two days -as they write on their site- and in perfect packaging, with layers of bubblecraft.
Send the order the same day and receive it within two days, what else can one ask for?
So five stars from me. Flawless!
