Κρίμα γιατί σας ήρθα και συστημένος μονο για απλο σέρβις και πήρα πισω κουδουνίστρα . Αμάξι αγορασμένο καινούριο 2 ετών. Τραγικοί απλά ! Mr. Boukis is speechless. Mr. Karageorgiou irrelevant. The lady in the accounting little. The service is very expensive and never complete. Too bad because I came to you and recommended only for simple service and I got a back rattle. Car bought new 2 years. Tragic simply!

Καραγεωργίου και έπειτα τα συγχαριτήριά μου στην εταιρία Boukis Group για τον ζήλο που έδειξαν για την αντιμετώπιση του προβλήματος που αντιμετώπισα. Πριν απο δυόμισι χρόνια είχα αγορασει ενα mercedes c 200 από την αντιπροσωπεία της ΕΚΚΑ και όταν το έτρεχα πάνω από τα 180 χιλίομετρα ακουγόταν ένα σφυριγμα. Απευθύνθηκα στην αντιπροσωπεία όπου το αγόρασα για να επιλύσω το πρόβλημα. Εκέινοι όμως μου είπαν οτι δεν μπορούν να το αναλάβουν καθώς η εμφάνιση του συγκεκριμένου θέματος γινόταν αντιληπτή στα 180 χιλιόμετρα. Αν είναι δυνατον να αγοράζουμε mercedes και να μας λένε ότι δεν μπορούν να επιλύσουν το πρόβλημα επειδή γινόταν αντιληπτό στα 180! Απαράδεκτοί. Επομένως για να μπορέσω με κάποιο τρόπο να βρω μια λύση απεθύνθηκα στην εταιρία Boukis Group και εκεί συνάντησα τον κύριο Καραγεωργίου ο οποίος με ιδιαίτερο ζήλο ασχολίθηκε για να το αντιμετωπίσει. Τελικά μου έδωσε λύση και πλεόν μπορώ να τρέχω κανονικότατα. Προσδίδω τις ευχαριστίες μου στον κ. Κραγεωργίου και μακάρι όλες οι υπόλοιπες αντιπροσωπίες να δούλευαν με παρόμοιο τρόπο . Two and a half years ago I bought a mercedes c 200 from the EKKA dealership and when I ran it over 180 km a whistle was heard. I went to the dealership where I bought it to solve the problem. But they told me that they could not take it as the appearance of this issue was perceived at 180 kilometers. If it is possible to buy a mercedes and be told that they can not solve the problem because it was perceived at 180! Unacceptable. So in order to be able to somehow find a solution I turned to the company Boukis Group and there I met Mr. Karageorgiou who was very diligent to deal with it. Χ	Χριστοφορος Β. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από επίσκεψη στο εν λόγω συνεργείο για γενικό έλεγχο σε Α180d που πρόσφατα αγόρασα, έχω να κάνω τις εξής παρατηρήσεις. • Τα παιδιά κάνανε αναλυτικότατο έλεγχο και αυτό το επιβεβαιώνω καθότι πριν πάω στο εν λόγω συνεργείο, πέρασα από ένα συνεργείο της "γειτονιάς" όπου αποδείχθηκε ότι δεν βρήκε ούτε τα μισά ο "γείτονας". • Ένα δεύτερο θετικό που θέλω να επισημάνω είναι ότι όταν πήγα εκεί και είπα τις παρατηρήσεις μου στον υπεύθυνο, δεν έμειναν μόνο σε αυτές αλλά κάνανε όντως τον έλεγχο σε όλο το αυτοκίνητο. Το επισημαίνω αυτό, διότι μου έχει τύχει πολλες φορες να τους λες ένα πρόβλημα και να ασχολούνται μόνο με αυτό, μη δίνοντας σημασία στα υπόλοιπα που πρέπει να ελεγχθούν. • Στο αρνητικό ισοζύγιο έρχεται το γεγονός ότι ενώ επισήμανα, ότι παρατηρήσεις είχα για το αυτοκίνητο, κάποιες από αυτές προφανώς τους ξέφυγαν, καθώς μετά τον έλεγχο, στην ενημέρωση που μου έκαναν, ανέφεραν όλα όσα βρήκαν αλλά όχι όλα τα θέματα που είχα επισημάνει στην αρχή. Μικρό το κακό, επισημάνθηκαν πάλι από τη πλευρά μου και λύθηκαν σχετικά άμεσα. • Επίσης, ενώ πήρα τηλέφωνο να κλείσω ραντεβού και μάλιστα είχα στείλει και σχετικό email με τα έγγραφα του αυτοκινήτου προκειμένου να γλυτώσουμε χρόνο όπως μου είπαν κατά το ραντεβού μας, υπήρξε πολύωρη αναμονή. Συγκεκριμένα το ραντεβού ήταν στις 08.00 (έφτασα 08.20) και έφυγα στις 11.30. Θεωρώ ήταν μεγάλη η αναμονή για έναν έλεγχο. Ενδεχομένως ο όγκος εργασίας να μην βοηθάει σε αυτό που ζητάω, αλλά μια λύση είναι και η πρόσληψη προσωπικού. Σε τελική ανάλυση, στη Mercedes πήγα. • Εν κατακλείδι λοιπόν θεωρώ, ότι το συγκεκριμένο συνεργείο, κάνει καλά την δουλειά του. Σίγουρα όμως, όπως και σε κάθε εργασία, δέχεται βελτιώσεις και αυτό το νόημα έχουν οι κριτικές των πελατών. Small evil, they were pointed out again by me and resolved relatively immediately. • Also, while I got on the phone to make an appointment and in fact I had sent a relevant email with the car documents in order to save time as I was told during our appointment, there was a long wait. Specifically, the appointment was at 08.00 (I arrived at 08.20) and I left at 11.30. I think it was a long wait for a check. The volume of work may not help what I am asking for, but one solution is to hire staff. In the end, I went to Mercedes. • In conclusion, I believe that this workshop does its job well. But surely, as in any job, it receives improvements and this is the meaning of customer reviews.
