★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in DM17 appartment in August 2018 for a week with my fiancé.
It was our first time in Athens and we love our stay !
The appartment is perfectly located in the centre, near of the metro stations Syngrou-Fix (3minutes walk) and Acropolis (about 7 minutes walking).
We could go to the Acropolis and its museums by walking, and also in Plaka. These districts are full of restaurants, souvenirs, etc.
Plus, if you like to walk to discover the streets, you are less than 15-20 minutes walking from Syntagma square, Monastiraki, Olympeion and so on.. So yes the apartment was very very well located ! (and when you're on the balcony, you can see a small part of the Acropole)
And clean, everything was there: a real good alternative to the hotels
Plus, we decided to take the taxi at our arrival at the airport (a service proposed by boutiqueathens) and everything was perfect, it was very easy to go from the airport to the appartment.
And even before, we always had asnwers to every questions by mail or by phone. The team is very reactive !
If we return to Athens, it is with no hesitation that we'll choose Boutique Athens services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agency confirmed our reservation 5 months before our trip. But just 3 weeks before our trip, when we already payed the full price, they asked us to change the appartement with no explanation. They proposed two other appartements that are farther from the city center (compared to our reserved one), and seems to us much less attractive than our reserved one. They asked us to cancel our reservation and refunded us all. Now it's very late for us to book a new appartement that we like. We've lost 5 months, despite our early planning. Please pay attention, the owner like this can even cancel the guest's reservation at day-1 with no penalty. And it is not impossible that they do this often. At least for us, this ruined the first part of our holidays.
