★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση κατά την αγορά υποδημάτων από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα της εταιρείας, το οποίο ως σχεδιαστής ιστοσελίδων, κρίνω ότι είναι όπως πρέπει, δηλαδή σωστά δομημένο κι εύχρηστο ακόμα και για τον πιο αδαή επισκέπτη, σε σημείο που προσωπικά το κατατάσσω ως ένα από τα καλύτερα στο χώρο διεθνώς. Η ποιότητα των υλικών είναι εξαιρετική, ενώ η συσκευασία των προϊόντων είναι η ιδανικότερη για να μην υπάρξει τυχόν ζημιά κατά την αποστολή τους. Οι τιμές πολύ καλές και τα νούμερα σωστά. Η παρακολούθηση της παραγγελίας είναι σωστή. Τέλος, η αποστολή γίνεται πολύ σύντομα και χωρίς πρόβλημα.
 Excellent service when buying shoes from the online store of the company, which as a web designer, I consider to be as it should be, that is properly structured and easy to use even for the most ignorant visitor, to the point that I personally rank it as one of the best in space internationally. The quality of the materials is excellent, while the packaging of the products is the most ideal so that there is no damage during their shipment. The prices are very good and the numbers are correct. Order tracking is correct. Finally, the shipment is made very quickly and without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα αντρικά μποτάκια είναι απλά τέλεια... Η εταιρεία για να απογειωθεί ξανά χρειάζεται λίγο εκμοντερνισμο (sneakers κ ποιο casual στυλ) όσον αφορά το αντρικό πελατολόγιο... Εύχομαι να αναγεννηθεί η εταιρεία γτ χρειάζεται η Ελλάδα μας τέτοιες εταιρείες
Men's boots are just perfect ... The company to take off again needs a little modernization (sneakers and what a casual style) in terms of the male clientele ... I hope the company is reborn because our Greece needs such companies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλα ντροπη για την καταντια μιας τεραστιας επιχειρησης. Σχεδόν 20 χρονα πελατης και την τελευταια φορα ενώ η τιμή outlet στην σελιδα τους για ενα ζευγαρι παπουτσια ηταν σε προσφορα 55€ στο φυσικό outlet τα πληρωσα 80€. Οταν ενημέρωσα την σελίδα τους απλα μου είπαν ότι αλλο η σελιδα & άλλο το πρατήριο της εταιρειας και φυσικα αρνηθηκαν να καλυψουν την διαφορά με πιστωτικό σημείωμα για επόμενη αγορά μου. Φυσικά στην σελίδα δεν αναγράφουν πουθενά για αυτό. Γελοιότητες. Ακόμα πιο γελοίο το γεγονός ότι στο Black Friday έκαναν 30% εκπτωσεις ανεβάζοντας τις αρχικές τιμές απλα αφαιρόντας την μόνιμη έπτωση που έχουν σε όλα τα είδη τους. Κουτοπονηριές και αστειότητες απο μια άλλοτε κραταια βιομηχανία του χώρου.
Τέλος είναι αστείο για μια 'βιομηχανία" στα πίο πολλά μοντέλα να μην έχει νούμερα...Σαν να έγινε μια εισαγωγή και τέλος ένα πράγμα...και όχι ότι υπάρχει γραμμή παραγωγής....
Μακρυά απο κάτι τέτοιες κουτοπονηριές
Just ashamed of going down a huge business. Almost 20 years of customer and the last time while the outlet price on their page for a pair of shoes was on offer 55 € in the natural outlet I paid 80 €. When I updated their page they just told me that the page & the gas station of the company are different and of course they refused to cover the difference with a credit note for my next purchase. Of course on the page they do not mention anywhere about it. Antics. Even more ridiculous is the fact that on Black Friday they made 30% discounts by raising the initial prices simply by removing the permanent discount they have on all their items. Gossip and jokes from a once state-owned industry.
Finally, it is funny for an 'industry' in most models not to have numbers ... As if an introduction was made and finally one thing ... and not that there is a production line ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν δεν κοιτάξεις την πολυτέλεια σαν μαγαζί τότε δεν έχει τίποτα κακό. Την ποιότητα στα προϊόντα την ξέρουμε όλοι, το προσωπικό που δούλευε εκείνη την ώρα ήταν και με χαμόγελο (απ'ότι κατάλαβα πίσω από την μάσκα) και πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν!!!
If you do not look at luxury as a store then there is nothing wrong with that. We all know the quality of the products, the staff who were working at that time were also with a smile (from what I understood behind the mask) and willing to serve us !!!
