★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το 2009 αγορασα τα επιπλα του σπιτιου μου απο το συγκεκριμενο καταστημα. Οι καρεκλες τις τραπεζαριας εδω και 3 χρονια αρχισαν να ξεφτιζουν. Απευθύνθηκα στο καταστημα πριν περιπου ενα μηνα και φυσικα η πρωτη αντιδραση ηταν οτι δεν ευθύνονται αυτοι αλλα η εταιρία που βγαζει τα τεχνοδερματα. Υστερα απο πιέσεις δεχτηκαν να μου επισκευασουν τις καρεκλες και να μοιραστουμε το κοστος. Τους εχω παρει απο τοτε αλλες 2 φορες τηλεφωνο και μου ειπαν οτι θα με ειδοποιησουν. Εδω και ενα μηνα δεν εχω καμια ενημερωση. Ελπιζω αυτο να αλλαξει συντομα. Αξιζει να τονισω πως το συγκεκριμενο καταστημα ειναι απο τα πιο ακριβα στο χωρο του επιπλου διοτι, οπως ισχυρίζονται οι ιδιοι, εχουν πολυ καλη ποιοτητα και τα επιπλα τους εχουν εφ' όρου ζωης εγγυηση. Στην δικη μου περίπτωση προς το παρον αυτο δεν ισχυει.
In 2009 I bought the furniture of my house from the specific store. The dining chairs have been falling apart for 3 years now. I went to the store about a month ago and of course the first reaction was that they are not responsible but the company that produces the technoderms. After pressure, they agreed to repair my chairs and share the cost. I have called them since then 2 more times and they told me that they will notify me. I haven't had any updates in a month. I hope this changes soon. It is worth emphasizing that this store is one of the most expensive in the field of furniture because, as they claim, they have very good quality and their furniture has a lifetime warranty. In my case, this is not the case at the moment.
