E	Evangelia-Kyveli Nikolaidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανένας σεβασμός ως προς τα λεφτά του καταναλωτή...Είχα την ατυχία να μου πάρει το αγόρι μου δώρο από το εν λόγω κατάστημα μποτάκια αξίας 55€ (βέβαια τώρα λογω εκπτώσεων κοστίζουν 29€)...Δυστυχως το νούμερο ήταν λαθος όποτε πήγαμε να τα αλλάξουμε ότι κ αν δοκίμασα ήταν απαίσιο ποιοτικά με αποτέλεσμα να πονάνε τα πέλματα μου και να μην μπορώ να κάνω πάνω από μερικά βήματα...εννοείται δεν τίθεται λόγος για επιστροφή χρημάτων και όταν επικοινώνησα με το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ειπώθηκε ότι απλά πρέπει να πάρω κάτι άλλο ,στην λύση του πιστωτικού και αγοράς από το eshop ώστε να μπορέσω να πάρω έστω αν όχι όλο το ποσό ένα μερικό η απάντηση ήταν δεν υπάρχει πια αυτή η δυνατότητα (άρα υπήρχε και καταργήθηκε)...Απαράδεκτο να δεσμεύονται έτσι χρηματικά ποσά ανθρώπων που δουλεύουν για τον βασικό μισθό και προπάντων όταν η ποιότητα των προϊόντων είναι κάτω του μετρίου...Σίγουρα δεν πρόκειται να ψωνίσω ποτέ από το κατάστημα και λυπάμαι πραγματικά που το αγόρι μου έδωσε τα χρήματα που με τόσο κόπο βγάζει σε αυτή την εταιρία...Επίσης η λύση της τηλεφωνήτριας πάρτε παντόφλες απλά γελοία, δεν μιλαμε για 10-20€ αλλά για 55€... No respect for the consumer's money ... I had the misfortune to get my boy a gift from the store in question boots worth 55 € (of course now due to discounts cost 29 €) ... Unfortunately the number was wrong whenever we went to change them that even if I tried it was awful quality resulting in my soles hurting and I can not do more than a few steps ... of course there is no need for a refund and when I contacted the customer service department was told that I just have to take something else, in the solution of credit and purchase from the eshop so that I can get even if not the whole amount a part the answer was there is no longer this possibility (so it existed and was abolished) ... It is unacceptable to commit so much money who work for the basic salary and especially when the quality of the products is below average ... I am definitely never going to shop from the store and I am really sorry that the boy gave me the money that I cut so much he comes out to this company ... Also the solution of the answering machine get slippers just ridiculous, we are not talking about 10-20 € but for 55 € ...
A	Antonia Nasopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αποτομη συμπεριφορα,αδιαφορια και το πιο σημαντικο απο ολα,δεν κοβουν αποδειξεις και σε γραφουν και στα «@&€&@ τους.κακως που δεν μιλησα εκεινη την στιγμη αλλα βιαζομουν παρα πολυ.σε ο,τι αλλο μαγαζι και να πηγα με εξυπηρετησαν ευγενικοτατα εκεινη τη μερα.στο συγκεκριμενο εχω παει 3 φορες και με κοιτανε με μισο ματι Abrupt behavior, indifference and most importantly of all, they do not cut receipts and write to you in their "@ & € & @. Bad that I did not speak at that moment but I was in a hurry. very kindly that day. in this particular I have gone 3 times and they looked at me with half an eye
