Beyond rude ppl. ZERO service

Avoid this gas station! The woman who is attendant here is not sane. I asked for directions and she berated me, approached us in a menacing way, screamed, and evidently swore at us (we didn't understand). I've never experienced that EVER - and I have travelled quite a bit.

Our car was deliberately physically damaged by the attendant! The attendant became irate when we simply took a moment to look up the capacity of our rental car's fuel tank (so that we could put in the appropriate amount, as we were asked only to fill it to where it was when we received it, not all the way). There was no one else waiting or even present at the gas station. He screamed that he knew what type of gas the car took and didn't listen when we tried to explain we were looking up something else related to pumping gas. Finally we said we would leave as he was frankly scary and insanely angry after literally 30 seconds or less. He basically starting yelling at us just seeing my husband park and take out his cell phone, and wouldn't even listen to our explanation. Before my husband could pull away, this man slammed his fist into the back corner of our rental car two times, very deliberately (and right next to my 3 year old daughter, scary for her!). I opened my door to yell at him and go see if he damaged the rental car, but as he kept yelling and walking toward me, I slammed it and we left, afraid he would be physically violent. We drove a couple km down the road to our hotel and sure enough, he actually completely dented our rental car! This was absolutely insane and shocking. I would have been even more terrified had my husband not been with me. When we contacted the rental car company to ask what to do, they knew who we were talking about and said they suspect he is crazy (clearly he has at the very least anger management issues, leading him to deliberate damage of expensive property with absolutely NO instigation on our part). We wanted to file a report with the police but could never successfully get through to the local tourist police. For your and your car's safety, NEVER visit this gas station. ** EDIT: I will not remove my review as everything I have stated is true. It is impressive that you found the event when I didn't even give the date and time. My story is accurate and I stand by it. You are lucky I wasn't able to reach the Tourist Police, and that we didn't continue to pursue it as it was the end of our vacation. And lucky again that the rental car company did not pursue this either but they and the hotel are aware of it, and we have pictures of the damage to the car as well. However I have reported the incident to BP also.
