Δεν υπολογίζουν τα τόσα χρόνια που παίρνουν ρευστό από τα γεμίσματα ντεπόζιτου κάθε εβδομάδα και όταν παραπονεθείς τηλεφωνικώς για το ότι δεν καθάρισαν όπως έπρεπε σου λένε ειρωνικά 《δεν σε πιστεύω φίλε, δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να απέμεινε κάτι》. Όταν, δε, το πας απλώς για την επιβεβαίωση η ουρά πάει στα σκέλια και απαντούν 《αφήστε το να το ξανακάνουμε》 με χίλιες δυο δικαιολογίες. Εκείνη τη στιγμή, όμως, είναι αργά εφόσον σε έχουν αμφισβητήσει αντί να συζητήσουν ήρεμα και να παραδεχτούν εξαρχής... Κρίμα να χάνεται έτσι η πελατεία ξαφνικά! Complete frustration from car wash. Στο τελευταίο πλύσιμο, όμως, παρέλαβα το αυτοκίνητο με τα τζάμια γεμάτα στίγματα. Όταν, με ήρεμο τρόπο, τους τα έδειξα, είπαν: είναι άλατα από νερό, μάλλον το είχες σε παραλία ή δίπλα σε αυτόματο ποτισμα, περασε τα με ξύδι και θα καθαρίσουν (!!!) Όταν τους είπα ότι περιμένω να πάρω ένα καθαρό αμάξι, άρχισαν να φωνάζουν μάνα και γιος "θα μου μάθεις τη δουλειά μου" ο γιος, "μήπως ήθελες να καθαρίσουμε και αυτά;" η μάνα, δείχνοντας σημεία στη λαμαρίνα που έχει φύγει το βερνίκι κι έχουν γίνει θαμπά. Αυτό δεν είναι επαγγελματισμός. Ακόμα κι αν δεν έχεις σκοπό να διορθώσεις εσύ την ελλειπή δουλειά σου (βάλε ξύδι στο νερό, ρε φίλε, δε με νοιάζει), τουλάχιστον μην κάνεις επίθεση στον άλλον. Απαράδεκτοι. Αντιεπαγγελματιες. Κάποιος πρέπει να τους κάνει μαθήματα customer service. Ποτέ ξανά στο συγκεκριμένο πρατήριο... R	Rafail Panagiotopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από πλύσιμο σήμερα 15/3/22, παρέλαβα το αυτοκίνητο με σπασμένο δεξί καθρέφτη, ενώ δεν είχε παραδοθεί έτσι. Ο υπεύθυνος ρώτησε τον τύπο που το έπλυνε, αυτός είπε δεν παρατήρησε κάτι και απλά με έβγαλαν τρελό.. Απαράδεκτοι! After washing today 15/3/22, I received the car with a broken right mirror, while it had not been delivered that way. The person in charge asked the guy who washed it, he said he did not notice anything and they just drove me crazy .. Unacceptable!
