T	Themis Valtadoros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή συμπεριφορά υπαλλήλων (από Ασία) με τρομερό υφακι χωρίς λόγο (χωρίς λόγο το λέω κρίνοντας από εμένα που προσπαθώ να είμαι απόλυτα ευγενικός πάντα με αγνώστους). Προσωπικά μου κοπαναγε την λαβή της κανουλας (την οποία τοποθέτησε λοξός επειδή βαριοταν να ανοίξει λάστιχο) με αρκετή κόντρα πάνω στο φτερό του αμαξιού και ενώ του το είπα δύο φορές ευγενικά & διακριτικά την κράτησα εγώ σε απόσταση, εκείνος ξεκίνησε στιχομυθία "άσε άσε ξέρω εγώ ξέρω ξέρω" και γελούσε ειρωνικά, με αποτέλεσμα τα πράγματα να πάρουν σαφώς άλλη τροπή διοτι δικαίωμα να μιλάς έτσι ίσως έχεις μόνον σε δικούς σου ανθρώπους. Να σημειωθεί πως όταν μπήκα στο κατάστημα μου έκανε και κουμάντο σαν τον Τσάρλι Τσάπλιν (εμπαιγμός;) και έλεγε "έλα από εδώ παιδί" λες και με ήξερε από χθές. Από ποσότητα δεν υπάρχει μεγάλη απόκλιση και από ποιότητα καυσίμου δεν είχα θέμα εδώ και χρόνια. Very bad behavior of employees (from Asia) with terrible weft for no reason (I say it for no reason judging by myself that I try to be completely polite always with strangers). Την Παρασκευή 29/1 περίπου 10:30 έβαλα βενζίνη και υγραέριο στο αυτοκίνητο καθώς και έδωσα άδεια φιάλη υγραερίου και παρέλαβα γεμάτη. Όταν ρώτησα τι χρωστάω, το παλικάρι που μου έβαλε τα καύσιμα και μου έδωσε την φιάλη μου ανέφερε το ποσό όπου και το πλήρωσα και μπήκα στο αυτοκίνητο. Τότε εμφανίστηκε δεύτερο παλικάρι και λέει: Την φιάλη υγραερίου δεν θα την πληρώσεις; Απάντησα ότι ρώτησα τι χρωστάω, πήρα απάντηση και πλήρωσα. Η φιάλη είναι ξεχωριστά; Και η αποστομωτική του απάντηση ήταν, "Εμ τι ήθελες να είναι;" Του απάντησα ότι δεν είναι δουλειά μου να ξέρω που και πως πληρώνω και ότι είναι δική σας δουλειά να ενημερώνετε τον πελάτη για την σωστή διαδικασία. Φυσικά και παρανοήσεις μπορούν να γίνουν, αλλα όταν γίνουν να μιλάτε ευγενικά και όχι με ειρωνεία και να μην φέρνετε τον πελάτη που σας προτίμησε σε δύσκολη θέση... Η Shell είναι μόλις λίγα μέτρα πιο πριν και την προσπέρασα για να έρθω σε εσάς και να εισπράξω ειρωνεία. Ironic style when paying for no reason. Too bad ... Όσο για το προσωπικό, οι υπεύθυνοι προσπαθούν χωρίς να έχουν επαρκή αριθμό υπαλλήλων και συνήθως επικρατεί ένα χάος. (Το βράδυ συνήθως είναι ένα άτομο στο κατάστημα) .Οι υπάλληλοι οι οποίοι είναι από Ασιατικές χώρες (δεν έχω τίποτα με τους ανθρώπους) φαίνεται σαν να είναι εκεί με το ζόρι και η ευγένεια μοιάζει να είναι ένα πράγμα έξω από την κουλτούρα τους... Fuel right but for other services like laundry, better go elsewhere. As for the staff, the managers try without having a sufficient number of employees and usually there is chaos. (The night is usually a person in the store) .Employees who are from Asian countries (I have nothing to do with people) seem to be there by force and courtesy seems to be a thing out of their culture .. .
