B	Baudolino T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειδα μια διαφημιση στο FB με μια τετραδα προσφορας παιδικων βιβλιων την "ποιος κρυβεται..." και ειπα ας την κανω την παραγγελια λογική τιμή μου φανηκε στα 20Ε. Πηρα τηλέφωνο μετα απο μερικές μερες λογο καθηστερισης και η υπευθυνη που μιλησαμε μου εξήγησε οτι ελειπε το ενα κτλ κτλ και το εψαχναν υπηρχε δυνατοτητα βεβαια να αντικαταστησουμε η να ακυρωσουμε. Να μην πολυλογω επικοινωνησε μαζι μας αλλες 2-3 φορες να μας ενημερωσει για την προοδο της παραγγελιας και τελικα ολα καλα, παρολη την καθηστεριση ηταν τοσο ευγενικη και προθημη να δοσει μια λυση που δεν μου κακοφανηκε η ολη "περιπετεια" ουτε κουρασε, ακομα και τα βιβλια ηταν καλυτερα απο οτι περιμενα. I saw an ad on FB with a quartet of children's books offering "who is hiding ..." and I said let me place the order, a reasonable price seemed to me at 20E. I got a phone call after a few days due to delay and the manager we spoke to explained to me that one was missing etc etc and they were looking for it there was of course a possibility to replace or cancel. Not to mention contact us 2-3 more times to inform us about the progress of the order and in the end everything went well, despite the delay she was so kind and willing to give a solution that I did not like the whole "adventure" nor did she get tired, even the books were better than I expected.

After a small problem regarding the purchase and the immediate response and service of the publishing house, and in particular Mrs. Rubini, for the solution of the issue, I can say that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
