Ελπίζω μόνο μην βαρέσουν κάνα κανόνι και κλαίμε τα λεφτά μας An order has been placed for a product immediately available from 15/12 and it is still being processed. No response to email. I just hope they do not bother with a cannon and we cry for our money
Α	Αντώνιος Ιωάννου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω παραγγείλει από της 18/12 φυσικά λόγω της κατάστασης δεν περίμενα να έρθει μέσα σε μια εβδομάδα αλλά έχει πάει 28 του μήνα και η παραγγελία φαίνεται ακόμα υπό επεξεργασία έχω παρει τηλ, έχω στείλει email και απάντηση καμία . Τελικά σε δεύτερο τηλ μου με πληροφόρησαν οτι το προϊόν δεν είναι διαθέσιμο και θα αργήσει να ρθει. Ελπίζω να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα. I have ordered since 12/18 of course due to the situation I did not expect it to come within a week but it has gone 28 of the month and the order still seems to be processed I have called, I have sent an email and no answer. Finally on my second phone I was informed that the product is not available and will be late. I hope my money is returned.
M	Maria Ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα μία κρέμα στις 16/01. Στις 03/02 κάλεσα για να ενημερωθώ για την εξέλιξη της εφόσον δεν είχα κάποιο email. Στο τηλέφωνο γινόταν χαμός. Φώναζαν μεταξύ τους να δουν ποιος ασχολείται με την παραγγελία μου, μου είπαν θα με καλέσουν σε 5 λεπτά. Εν τέλει δεν κάλεσε κανείς. Όταν ξαναπήρα μετά από 1 ώρα ξανά τα ίδια, ένας χαμός. Αμέσως τους είπα να ακυρώσουν την παραγγελία μου. Η απάντηση ήταν πολύ ευχαρίστως. Ευτυχώς σε 3 μέρες έγινε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Προφανώς οι υπάλληλοι πνίγονται με αποτέλεσμα 0 εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν θα το προτιμήσω ξανά. I ordered a cream on 01/16. On 03/02 I called to be informed about its development since I did not have an email. There was a commotion on the phone. They shouted at each other to see who was dealing with my order, they told me they would call me in 5 minutes. In the end no one called. When I took the same thing again after 1 hour, a loss. I immediately told them to cancel my order. The answer was very pleasing. Fortunately, a refund was made in 3 days. Apparently the employees are drowning resulting in 0 service. I will not prefer it again.

Ενω μιλουσα με καποιον υπαλληλο χωρις να με ενημερωσει, φωναξε καποιον αλλο και οταν τον ρωτησα ποιος ειναι μου ειπε: "ενας υπαλληλος ειμαι" με υφακι. Ενω δεν υπηρχε διαθεσιμο το προιον επρεπε να καλεσω εγω ο πελατης μετα απο μερες για να μου πουνε οτι δεν υπαρχει και οτι θα αργησει η παραγγελια μου. Δυστυχως δεν αξιζει καθολου η αγορα απ τον εν λογω καταστημα οσο και αν εχει καποια προιοντα που δεν τα εχουν αλλοι. Πανω απο ολα πρεπει να εξυπηρετουν τον πελατη. Και γι αυτους εκει αυτη η λεξη ειναι αγνωστη.. Zero from scratch? Zero. This characterizes them. Unacceptable in their speech and behavior on the phone. Το μόνο θέμα είναι ότι παρήγγειλα κάτι το οποίο φαινόταν στο site ότι υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα αλλά με πήραν τηλέφωνο και άλλαξα την παραγγελία διότι τελικά δεν υπήρχε το μέγεθος που ήθελα. Σίγουρα θα παραγγείλω ξανά όμως γιατί συμφέρει αν και είναι λίγο ακριβή η αποστολή στην Κύπρο. Authentic products and at very good prices. The only thing is that I ordered something that seemed on the site that there was availability but they called me and I changed the order because in the end it was not the size I wanted. I will definitely order again, however, because it is advantageous, although the shipment to Cyprus is a bit expensive.
