Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Very remarkable hair salon with products from Brazil !! I did keratin elsewhere but only there I was happy! Great kids and affordable prices. I highly recommend.

Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με ενημερωσαν για συγκεκριμενη τεχνικη μπρόντε 35-70 € και αφενός μου εκαναν ανταύγειες που δεν ηθελα και δεν ζητησα αφετέρου μου χρέωσαν 140€ για ανταύγειες και ενα ρεφλε! Πλήρωσα κανονικα τα χρήματα και δε θελησα να πω κατι γιατι ειχε κόσμο και οταν εφυγα τηλεφώνησα και τους είπα οτι με ενόχλησε πολύ η υπερβολική τιμη που με χρέωσαν! Μιλησα με αυτόν που ειναι στη reception και ηταν ανεδεστατος με αποτελεσμα να μου το κλείσει! Πηγα ξανα απο κει να ρωτήσω τι υπηρεσιες μου χρεωσε και μου μίλησε με μεγάλη αγένεια και μου είπε οτι και λιγα πλήρωσα γιατι ειναι Μετς εκει!( πλατεία Βαρνάβα- Παγκράτι ) Να σημειωσω οτι μου χρέωσε 70€ ανταύγειες, 20 € ρεφλε και 50€ ολικη βαφή που δε μ εκαναν καν! Επιπλέον μου χάλασαν και την μπλούζα γιατι δεν ειχαν φροντίσει να μου βάλουν προστατευτικο! A very bad experience! E	Elena Papaleontiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην πάτε για βαφή!!! Δυστυχώς την πάτησα. Ρώτησα 5 φορές αν μπορεί να μου κάνει ένα χρώμα(το οποίο ήθελε ντεκαπαζ για να γίνει). Της είπα ότι μόνο αν μπορεί να βγάλει αυτό το αποτέλεσμα θα το βάψω, ΔΕΝ θέλω κάτι άλλο και αν δεν μπορεί να το κάνει να μου το πει, γιατί είχα αφήσει 6 μήνες να κατέβει το φυσικό μου χρώμα για να κάνω το συγκεκριμένο. Μου έδειξε φωτογραφίες από άλλα και της τόνισα ότι ήθελα το συγκεκριμένο αλλιώς να μην το κάνουμε. Το τόνισα αρκετές φορές! Δεν το σεβάστηκε. Αποφάσισε και με επιβεβαίωσε ότι θα το βγάλει όπως το θέλω με ανταύγειες (τις οποίες χρεώνουν €70 το πολύ). Μου πήραν €100 και ήθελαν να μου χρεώσουν και το κτενισμα που μου έκανε από μόνη της για να δει το αποτέλεσμα. Το χρώμα τελικά ήταν άσχετο με αυτό που ζήτησα (γιατί έκανε αυτό που ήθελε) και μου είπαν να πάω την επομένη να το διορθώσουμε. Πήγα το επόμενο πρωί και βγήκα με κιτρινοπράσινα μαλλιά! Do not go for painting !!! Unfortunately I pressed it. I asked 5 times if he could give me a color (which he wanted decapage to do). I told her that only if she can get this result I will paint it, I do NOT want anything else and if she can not do it to tell me, because I had allowed my natural color to go down for 6 months to do this. She showed me photos from others and I stressed that I wanted this otherwise we would not do it. I stressed it several times! He did not respect it. He decided and confirmed to me that he would make it the way I want it with highlights (which charge € 70 at most). They took € 100 from me and wanted to charge me for the haircut she did for me to see the result. The color was eventually irrelevant to what I asked for (because it did what it wanted) and I was told to go the next day to fix it. I went the next morning and came out with yellow-green hair!
