Μ	Μαρία Αγαπακη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ κακή εξυπηρέτηση, λάθος η παραγγελία και όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο για να διορθωθεί, η κοπέλα ήταν αγενής. Ενημερώστε το κατάλογο σας ,άλλα γράφετε άλλα έρχονται! Τουλάχιστον το ντελιβερι ήταν ευγενικο. Very poor service, wrong order and when I got a phone call to correct it, the girl was rude. Update your list, some you write others come! At least the delivery was polite.

Έκανα παραγγελία στο χώρο εργασίας μου μέσω εφαρμογής ζητώντας στα σχόλια της παραγγελίας να προηγηθεί κλήση για να βγω να παραλάβω σε συγκεκριμένο σημείο. Όχι μόνο κλήση δεν έγινε από το κατάστημα μας ενημέρωσαν ότι ο διανομέας δεν είχε κινητό τηλέφωνο και έτσι δεν μπορούσαν να μας πάρουν να μας ειδοποιήσουν! Έτσι μας είπαν να υπολογίσουμε περίπου 7 λεπτά και να βγούμε να περιμένουμε τον διανομέα! Προσωπικά περίμενα 13 λεπτά τον διανομέα και δεν ερχόταν επικοινωνησα με το κατάστημα και μου έδιναν ασαφείς απαντήσεις χωρίς να σεβαστούν ότι πρόκειται για χώρο εργασίας, βγήκε και άλλη συνάδελφος και περίμενε και πάλι τίποτα...μετά από 20 λεπτά αναμονής ενώ ήμασταν τυπικές στο χρόνο που μας είπαν ήρθε ο διανομέας και όχι μόνο δεν απολογήθηκε, παραβίασε τους κανόνες και μπήκε στο πάρκινγκ των εργαζομένων και με περίσσια αγένεια, φώναζε ότι περίμενε 15 λεπτά έξω στο πάρκινγκ ( δεν ίσχυε έχουμε και καμερες) και όταν είπα ότι εγώ περίμενα κούνησε το κεφάλι ειρωνικά λέγοντας καλά καλά έβγαλε το κινητό του από το κράνος του και μου προσέφερε τους καφέδες απότομα οι οποίοι είχαν χυθεί και μπροστά ήταν και άλλοι συνάδελφοι. I placed an order in my workspace through an application requesting that the order comments be preceded by a call to get to a specific point. Not only the call was not made from the store we were informed that the distributor did not have a cell phone so they could not get us to alert us! So they told us to calculate about 7 minutes and go out and wait for the distributor! I personally waited 13 minutes for the distributor and did not come in contact with the store and they gave me vague answers without respecting that this was a workplace, another colleague came out and waited again ... after 20 minutes of waiting while we were typical at the time we were told the distributor came and not only did not apologize, broke the rules and entered the parking lot of employees and with excessive rudeity, he shouted that he waited 15 minutes outside in the parking lot (we didn't have cameras either) and when I said I was shaking the head ironically saying good-bye he pulled his cellphone out of his helmet and offered me the brownies that had been spilled and in front were other colleagues. Μετά από 1 ώρα που επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα είπαν το κλασικό έχει φύγει το παιδί.. μετά από άλλη μισή ώρα ξανά πήρα τηλ και αναρωτιόντουσαν που μπορεί να είναι ο ντελιβεράς αφού έχει φύγει από την προηγούμενη φορά που μιλήσαμε. Εντέλει ακύρωσα την παραγγελία και δεν ενημέρωσαν καν το παιδί για όλο αυτό, ο οποίος εμφανίστηκε μετά από ένα τέταρτο και δεν δέχτηκα να παραλάβω. Very poor service. Estimated delivery time 35 '. After 1 hour that I contacted the store, they said the classic is gone, the child is gone .. after another half hour, I got on the phone again and they were wondering who the deliverer might be, since he has left since the last time we talked. I finally canceled the order and they did not even inform the child about all this, who showed up after a quarter and I did not accept to pick up.
