★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γέφυρα Μαρίφ: ¨Έτσι ονομάζονταν η περιοχή και η γέφυρα που πλέον ονομάζουμε του Σταυρού. Στην περιοχή του κτιρίου που στεγάζεται σήμερα η ΔΕΗ υπήρχε εξοχικό μαγαζί που ανήκε σε κάποιον Μουαρίφ (Μουαερίφ) . Η γέφυρα ήταν λιθόκτιστη με τρεις καμάρες , η οποία επίσης παρασύθηκε από την πλημμύρα του 35. Πάνω από αυτήν την γέφυρα γινόταν ο αγιασμός των υδάτων κατά την γιορτή των Φώτων.
Marif Bridge: So they called the area and the bridge we now call the Cross. In the area of the building that today houses the PPC there was a holiday shop owned by a Moarif (Moarif). The bridge was stone-built with three arches, which was also swept away by the flood of 35. Above this bridge the water was sanctified at the Feast of Lights.
