★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν υπάρχει κανένα είδος εξυπηρέτησης!!! Η κοπέλα που εργαζόταν στο κατάστημα σήμερα απογευματινή ώρα μας έδειχνε απόλυτη απαξίωση ήμασταν οι μοναδικοί πελάτες στο μαγαζί και ούτε ένα καλησπέρα σας δεν ακούσαμε. Αντ’ αυτού από την ώρα που μπήκαμε στο μαγαζί μιλούσε στο τηλέφωνο μέχρις ότου αγανάκτησα και της ζήτησα να μας προτείνει ένα σύνολο για βάπτιση κι εκείνη ασυγκίνητη μας είπε να ψαξουμε και συνέχισε τον τηλεφωνικό διάλογο χαριτολογώντας με αποτέλεσμα η συμπεριφορά της να μας διώξει από το μαγαζί. Λυπάμαι για το κατάστημα κρίμα !!! Η οργή μας είναι απερίγραπτη!!! Για λύπηση.
There is no kind of service !!! The girl who worked in the store this afternoon showed us absolute disrepute, we were the only customers in the store and we did not hear you a single good evening. Instead, from the moment we entered the store, she was talking on the phone until I was indignant and asked her to suggest a set for baptism and she, unmoved, told us to look and continued the telephone conversation, joking that her behavior drove us out of the store . I'm sorry for the store, a pity !!! Our anger is indescribable !!! For pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη εξυρετηση!!! Μπηκα στο μαγαζι τη περασμενη τεταρτη το πρωι και η υπαλληλος μιλουσε στο τηλεφωνο και δε μου εδωσε καμια σημασια.. της εδωσα το χρονο φυσικα και κοιταζα τα ρουχα αρκετη ωρα αναμενοντας να με εξυπηρετησει και τιποτε..το τηλεφωνο δε το εκλεισε ποτε. Εφυγα δυσαρεστημενη και δε θα ξαναπατησω ποτε στο συγκεκριμενο καταστημα. Μηδεν αστερια θα εβαζα κανονικα.
Unacceptable service !!! I entered the store last Wednesday morning and the clerk was talking on the phone and she did not pay any attention to me .. of course I gave her the time and I looked at the clothes for a long time waiting for her to serve me and nothing..the phone never hung up. I left unsatisfied and I will never tread on this store again. I would normally put no stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το επισκεφτήκαμε χτες πρώτη φορά και τελευταία! Η πωλήτρια είχε ύφος σαν να μας έκανε χάρη που μας άφησε να μπούμε στο μαγαζί, ούτε καν μας έδωσε σημασία και όταν της ζητήσαμε κάποια βοήθεια να δούμε ένα μπουφάν, το έκανε με το ζόρι!! Άθλιο!!! Ελπίζω οι ιδιόκτητες να λαμβάνουν υπ' όψη τις κριτικές για το προσωπικό γιατί η συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος με τον τρόπο της, διώχνει τους πελάτες ... απαράδεκτη τελείως!!!!
We visited it yesterday for the first time and last! The saleswoman had a style as if she did us a favor by letting us enter the store, she didn't even pay attention to us and when we asked her for some help to see a jacket, she did it by force !! Poor !!! I hope the owners take into account the criticism of the staff because this employee in her own way, dismisses customers ... completely unacceptable !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tα BSB στο Αιγάλεω είναι ένα ωραίο καταστήματα ένδυσης για τις γυναίκες μόνο. Απτά πιο γνωστά και μοδάτα ρούχα που υπάρχουν και επιλέγουν πολλές κοπέλες. Το μαγαζί είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και με καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό. Υπάρχει απαλή μουσική όσο κανείς τα ψώνια σου και γίνεται πιο ευχάριστο το γεγονός αυτο. Οι τιμές είναι αρκετά υψηλές ακόμα και σε περιόδους εκπτώσεων ομως η ποιότητα των ρούχων αξίζει το κόστος αυτό.
BSB in Egaleo is a nice clothing store for women only. Tangible most famous and fashionable clothes that exist and are chosen by many girls. The store is quite large and with good service from the staff. There is soft music as much as your shopping and it makes this event more enjoyable. The prices are quite high even in periods of discounts but the quality of the clothes is worth the cost.

Επισκεφθηκα το καταστημα διανυοντας τον 6ο μηνα της εγκυμοσυνης μου και ζυγιζοντας 68 κιλα, αναζητωντας κατι πολυ φαρδυ η ριχτό εφοσον υπαρχει διαθέσιμο.Εχω κανει δυστυχως πολλες αγορες απο την εταιρεια και εχω δει να εξυπηρετουνται και ισως λιγο πιο ευτραφεις κυριες. Εδειξα ενα μαξι κρουαζε στην πωλητρια και αυτη σχεδον θιγμενη αρνηθηκε να μου το δειξει λεγοντας..." Ποιο αυτο... (και με εκφραση ενοχλησης - απαξίωσης ) ... Και πως θα κλεισει." ..
Unacceptable service and racist attitude. I visited the store in the 6th month of my pregnancy and weighed 68 kilos, looking for something very wide or loose if it is available. Unfortunately I have made many purchases from the company and I have seen that they are served and maybe a little more gentle ladies. I showed a maxi to the saleswoman and she, almost touched, refused to show it to me, saying ... "Which one ... (and with an expression of annoyance - disrepute) ... And how it will close." ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/6 Σάββατο και ώρα 17:30 επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα στο Αιγάλεω. Αφού υπονοήθηκε απο την μια πωλήτρια οτι κλείνουν άμεσα, ρώτησα αν κλείνουν τώρα και μου είπε ναι σε λίγο. Μετα απο λίγο ήρθε η άλλη κοπέλα και μου είπε , όχι ακόμα στις 6. Η πρώτη κοπέλα με το μακρύ μαλλί στεκόταν κοντά μου, και βγάζοντας ένα φόρεμα την ρώτησα αν μπορώ να το δοκιμάσω. Με ρώτησε αν βρήκα νούμερο και της είπα το 42. Η απάντηση της ήταν Το medium δηλαδή!!!!! Πιστεύετε ότι δεν θα μου κάνει; Για να δούμε λίγο πάνω σας μου απαντάει…όχι όχι είναι στενό! Να φανταστώ 44 δεν έχετε; Όχι. Μεγαλύτερη αγένεια σε πωλήτρια που ΔΕΝ θέλει να πουλήσει ρούχο δεν έχω ξανά δει και πρώτη φορά με προσβάλλουν εμμέσως για τα κιλά μου.
Κρίμα , που έχετε τέτοια συμπεριφορά στους πελάτες σας. Και όντας και η ίδια πωλήτρια , καταλαβαίνω και τα ωράρια και την κούραση, αλλά η αγένεια και τα σχόλια, απαράδεκτα!
