★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο customer service, δε θελησαν να με βοηθήσουν με αλλαγή ρούχου σε ίδιο σχεδιο & χρώμα αλλά άλλο νούμερο επειδή πέρασαν οι 14 (!) μέρες (με ετικέτα φυσικά) και μίλησαν ειρωνικα.
Θα ήθελα πολύ να στηρίζω μια ελληνική εταιρία αλλά αν δεν υπάρχει σεβασμός στον πελάτη, αλλά ύφος όταν παίρνω τηλ για βοήθεια τότε απλά δε ξαναψωνιζω.
Και ναι, η πολιτική της εταιρίας είναι αυτή - αλλά δεν έχει νόημα να μη βοηθήσουν εναν άνθρωπο από τη στιγμή που η μόνη διαφορά είναι στο νούμερο και τον δυσαρεστημένο πελάτη.
Unacceptable customer service, they did not want to help me with a change of clothes in the same design & color but another number because the 14 (!) Days passed (with a label of course) and they spoke ironically.
I would very much like to support a Greek company but if there is no respect for the customer, but style when I call for help then I just do not shop again.
And yes, it's the company's policy - but it makes no sense to not help a person since the only difference is in the number and the dissatisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3η και τελευταία φορά σε αυτό το μαγαζί. Τις πρώτες 2 δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα και οι κοπέλες βοήθησαν την κατάσταση να βρούμε δώρα για τις κυρίες του σπιτιού. Την τελευταία φορά ανέλαβε να με βοηθήσει μια ξανθιά κυρία που προφανώς ηταν καινούργια γιατι ρωτούσε συνεχώς τις άλλες 2. Αγενέστατη και με ύφος. Κρατήστε τα παιδιά αφού προφανώς μας κάνετε χάρη που μας τα πουλάτε.
3rd and last time in this store. The first 2 I had no problem and the girls helped the situation to find gifts for the ladies of the house. The last time she undertook to help me was a blonde lady who was obviously new because she was constantly asking the other 2. She was very polite and stylish. Keep the kids as you obviously do us a favor by selling them to us.
