★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση!!!Η πωλήτρια (Χρύσα Βαρδή) ανταποκρίθηκε αμέσως στις ανάγκες μου, σε σχέση με τις πωλήτριες των υπολοίπων μαγαζιών του συγκεκριμενου εμπορικου που ήταν απλά αγενεστατες!!!!Όταν αγαπάς τη δουλειά σου φαίνεται στον τρόπο σου!!!
Excellent service !!! The saleswoman (Chryssa Bardi) responded immediately to my needs, in relation to the saleswomen of the other stores of this particular store who were simply rude !!!! When you love your job it shows in your way !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να ρωτάς τήν πωλήτρια εάν υπάρχει κάτι άλλο να δεις και να σου απαντάει με ένα ξερό 'οχι' εχοντας δοκιμάσει 1 φόρεμα μόνο, είναι απαράδεκτο. Επίσης έλεγε στη ταμία, γιατί να προσπαθήσει για άλλη πελάτισσα εφόσον δεν την κόβει να αγοράζει . Δύσκολες εποχές αλλά το να είμαστε ευγενικοί είναι το Παν..

σε αυτές τις δύσκολες στιγμές που διανύουμε εν μέσω καραντίνας έκανα μια παραγγελία από το eshop σας και όταν με το καλό παρέλαβα το προϊόν δυστυχώς δεν μου έκανε το νούμερο που είχα επιλέξει. Προσπάθησα πολλές φορές να επικοινωνήσω με εταιρείες courier, αλλά όπως καταλαβαίνετε καλύτερα από τον καθέναν μας ήταν ανέφικτο να επιστρέψω το προϊόν. Δυστυχώς μετά ακολούθησαν σοβαρά οικογενειακά προβλήματα υγείας και δεν κατάφερα να επιστρέψω το προϊόν και να το αλλάξω.
Μετά από αρκετό χρονικό διάστημα έκανα ένα τηλεφώνημα στο κατάστημα του Αγίου Δημητρίου (METRO MALL), όπου υπήρξε άμεση ανταπόκριση από την υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος κα Μαρία Σταμάτη. Είπε ότι θα επικοινωνήσει με την εταιρεία και θα κάνει ότι καλύτερο μπορεί για να με εξυπηρετήσει και με άμεση απάντηση μου είπε ότι θα γίνει αλλαγή στο προϊόν, παρόλο που ήταν χειμερινή κολεξιόν το συγκεκριμένο ρούχο. Όταν επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα σας στο Metro Mall αυτό που αντίκρισα ήταν ένα ευχάριστο,παραγωγικό και φιλικό περιβάλλον με άκρως επαγγελματισμό από τα κορίτσια που εξυπηρετούσαν τους πελάτες του καταστήματος. Θα ήθελα να σας ευχαριστήσω για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και κατανόηση που δείξατε αλλά και να πω ένα μεγάλο μπράβο για την επιλογή των υπαλλήλων σας γιατί αντικατοπτρίζει την εικόνα της εταιρείας σας, η οποία φαίνεται ξεκάθαρα ότι έχει σεβασμό και αξίες. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους τους γνωστούς μου την εταιρεία σας, για την άψογη και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Τα κορίτσια που με εξυπηρέτησαν ήταν η Μαρία Σταμάτη και η Χρύσα Βαρδή. Εύχομαι να επιλέγετε πάντα τέτοια αξιόλογα άτομα για τα καταστήματά σας και εύχομαι κάθε επαγγελματική επιτυχία .

In these difficult times we are going through in the middle of quarantine, I placed an order from your eshop and when I received the product, unfortunately it did not make me the number I had chosen. I tried many times to contact courier companies, but as you understand better than any of us it was impossible to return the product. Unfortunately, serious family health problems followed and I was not able to return the product and change it.
After a long time I made a phone call to the store of Agios Dimitrios (METRO MALL), where there was an immediate response from the store manager Mrs. Maria Stamati. He said that he would contact the company and do his best to serve me and with an immediate answer he told me that there would be a change in the product, even though it was a winter collection. When I visited your store in Metro Mall what I saw was a pleasant, productive and friendly environment with highly professionalism from the girls who served the customers of the store. I would like to thank you for the prompt service and understanding you have shown but also to say a big thumbs up for the selection of your employees because it reflects the image of your company, which clearly seems to have respect and values. I unreservedly recommend to all my acquaintances your company, for the impeccable and immediate service. The girls who served me were Maria Stamati and Chryssa Vardi. I hope you always choose such remarkable people for your stores and I wish you every professional success.
