This place was such a treat and the soups were the highlight of our cold afternoon (seriously can't stop thinking about that shrimp sinigang). Great prices and friendly staff, hearty portions and a very homey vibe that we loved. Can't wait to visit a Sunday buffet and try halo halo in the summer!!

Good place, comfort environment, friendly vibe. This is 1st times i come here, they can't serve inside restaurant, only take away but all staffs helped me everything they can offer. I asked if they have any purple yam dish, a friendly staff said they merely have fried cake purple yam dessert and offered a trial for me and my friend. Their foods are completely Filipino style, tasty as any Asian cuisine. One pity thing, due to this covid time, they can't set up weekend buffet.

If you are looking for the best Filipino delicacy, this is the place to be. From fried rice to spring rolls to halo halo dessert which is Pinoy style, a must try restaurant located in a very easy and friendly street. Highly recommended!!!

Was in Greece for vacation and after almost two weeks of eating mostly Greek food, I craved Filipino food. And so me & my husband went in search for filipino food in Athens. We found two restaurants and I picked Bulacan Halo-Halo over the other. I’m glad I did! They have the best pork bbq I have ever tried and they even have authentic sisig. Compared to San Diego California’s sisig where it’s chopped up lechon kawali with chopped onions, Bulacan Halo-Halo is actually made up of pork face & belly as well as chicken liver. Their lumpiang shanghai is also great! They have buffet dining during weekends. It’s only a short walk from the Megaro Moussikis Metro Station. Ate Mila, the owner, and her daughter were really nice and we had a good chat about their life in Athens as well as our shared history of Bulacan and finding out that we both belonging to the huge Pascual Clan of Bulacan.

I want to be fair in my review of this place. We had 14 people in our group and everyone but me enjoyed their lunch. Most of the group opted for the buffet and thought it was wonderful. A few ordered off the menu for dietary reasons and really enjoyed their choice. I, on the hand, ordered the chicken adobo, which is a favorite Filipino dish of mine, but if I had never had it before trying it here, I would never eat it again. So, my ultimate assessment of this restaurant is to stick with the buffet and never order the adobo. Lesson learned.

For the price and the taste it is highly recommended if you're in Athens and craving for Filipino food. The ambiance gives you a also some Filipino nostalgia.

Our dishes were amazingly delicious, authentic, and relatively inexpensive. The service was friendly as well. If they had air conditioning running, this would be a 5-star review as my party was feeling hot even though fans were running. But don’t let this stop you from coming here. They are a must!
