★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We discovered it as we were looking on an alternative and we were positively surprised! The staff , to begin with was fun and friendly ready to catch up with our wishes . We ordered 2 burgers and, following the recommendations we asked the Angus variety grilled medium and they were exactly as we wished . We will be there again and we definitely recommend it. (As it is summer we sat outside but next time we will sit inside to have the full view of the place!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blue Burger was perhaps the best blue cheese burger I've ever had. The beef was a perfect medium, like I ordered it, and it had a very strong and sweet caramellization (Maillard reaction) even without any kind of smash techniques, wow! The sweetness deepened even more with also caramellized onions. Mushrooms and blue cheese added umami to the mix, and the overall result was a perfect burger, just perfect! Oh, and I almost forget to mention that it had bacon too! ? If you ever visit Iraklion, don't miss Burger Lab's Blue Burger, if you like burgers and blue cheese ?
P.S. Mac & Cheese Balls were yummy too ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best burger house in the city right now, a wide variety of starters, burgers and beers is available.
I had the Bacon Cheese Burger which for me is the standard burger to compare across restaurants and the taste was amazing! I asked for medium and the patty was juicy and had a smoke aftertaste.
The service was friendly and immediately responded to our requests as we were accompanied by six children who made things a big tough for them :)
Would visit again!
