★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρε πάρα πολλή ώρα το ΚΤΕΛ (άργησε ένα τέταρτο) και μας πούλησαν εισιτήριο για θέση που δεν υπήρχε καν στο λεωφορείο. Πιστεύω πως είναι απαράδεκτο να βάζεις τόσα άτομα να περιμένουν μισή ώρα κάτω από τον καυτό καλοκαιρινό ήλιο. Μου άφησε μία πολύ άσχημη εντύπωση.
 It took the KTEL a long time (a quarter late) and they sold us a ticket for a place that did not even exist on the bus. I think it is unacceptable to put so many people waiting for half an hour under the hot summer sun. It left a very bad impression on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχως δεν υπαρχει βαθμολογια 0 μου εκλεισαν εισητηριο διχως να υπαρχει δρομολογιο.
Οταν καλεσα να δω τι συμβαινει διχως να εχει βγει μια ανακοινωση ελαβα την απαντηση περιμεναμε να μας καλεσετε να σας ενημερωσουμε πως ακυρωθηκε το δρομολογιο.
100€ μου κοστισε το ταξιδι της επιστροφης με ταξι γιατι οι ανθρωποι που δουλευουν στο εν λογο τμημα δεν ειναι αξιοι ουτε να κοψουν ενα σωστο εισητηριο.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus leaves on time and the bus its clean. The driver is polite and helpful. If you are not getting off at the station let the driver know so you place the luggages at the right side of the compartment.
