★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλιο. Το λεωφορείο για Θεσσαλονίκη περνάει από όλον τον νομό ξεκινώντας από την Αριδαία, κάνει γύρω στις 3 ώρες συνολικά. Οι επιβάτες στοιβάζονται μέσα χωρίς να μένει καμία θέση ελεύθερη. Δεν τηρείται κανένας κανονισμός από αυτούς που έχουν επιβληθεί λόγω Covid και δεν υπάρχει κανένας έλεγχος και ως προς τους επιβάτες. Τα δρομολόγια ελάχιστα έως ανύπαρκτα κάποιες μέρες. Ο σταθμός της Αριδαίας επίσης άθλιος από όλες τις απόψεις.
Poor. The bus to Thessaloniki passes through the whole prefecture starting from Aridea, it takes about 3 hours in total. Passengers are stacked inside with no space left. There are no regulations imposed by those imposed due to Covid and there is no control as far as passengers are concerned. The itineraries are minimal to non-existent on some days. Aridea station is also miserable in all respects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to be treated like human trash, just call KTEL. It might happen that you'll actually talk to someone nice but in 99% of the cases it will be like this:
Ktel: "KTEL"
Me: "Hello, I'd like to know at what time the next bus to Edessa leaves"
Ktel: "2pm 3pm 4pm *hangs up*"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus driver from 43 throw's the packages in ground and then kicks them while also swearing (when they're easily breakable).
This is unacceptable!?
The lady that gives tickets is nice person with very good service.
