★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Παρήγγειλα τελευταία στιγμή πριν φύγω για Σαββατοκύριακο και ο άνθρωπος έκανε οτι μπορούσε για να με εξυπηρετήσει! Οπωσδήποτε το συνιστώ!!
Very good and prompt service. I ordered last minute before I left for the weekend and the man did what he could to serve me! I definitely recommend it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ζευγάρι ορειβατικά Μποτάκια Hi Tec Lima, των οποίων οι σόλες ξεκόλλησαν και αχρηστεύτηκαν μετά από περίπου 4 μήνες, με ελάχιστη χρήση μέσα στη πόλη.
Τα παρέλαβα στις Φεβρουάριο του 2019 με Κωδικό παραγγελίας 75261.
Τα πήγα στο κατάστημα και αρνήθηκαν να με αποζημιώσουν άμεσα, αλλά μου δήλωσαν ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν με τον προμηθευτή τους και αν δεχτεί θα μου τα αντικαταστήσουν.
Από τότε επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά με το κατάστημα και έστειλα email, αρκετές φορές, αλλά λόγο του lockdown μου δήλωσαν ότι δεν μπορούν να μου τα αντικαταστήσουν λόγω έλλειψης από τον προμηθευτή (Hi Tec ).
Όταν δεν είχαμε lockdown με διάφορες προφάσεις δεν επικοινωνούσαν.
Μετά από αρκετά τηλ και μία ακόμα επίσκεψη, στο κατάστημά τους καταλήξαμε να μου στείλουν τα μποτάκια Hi Tec Estratos αν και12 € φθηνότερα.
Η παραγγελία που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 01/08/2020 με Κωδικό παραγγελίας 32598 .
Και πάλι όμως παρέλαβα μποτάκια Hi Tec Νο 42 με λάθος νούμερο.
Μάλιστα ΕΙΧΑΝ ΚΟΛΛΗΣΕΙ ΑΥΤΟΚΌΛΛΗΤΟ πάνω από το αληθινό νούμερο του παπουτσιού (Νο 40) !!!
Και πάλι επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά και με email (10/11/20), αρκετές φορές αλλά λόγο του lockdown μου δήλωσαν ότι δεν μπορούν να μου τα αντικαταστήσουν και με διάφορες προφάσεις δεν επικοινωνούσαν.
Φυσικά και ευθύνεται το κατάστημα για τα προϊόντα του πουλάει .
Πραγματικά απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά.
Επισυνάπτω τις φωτο με το παραποιημένο Νο του παπουτσιού.
I bought a pair of Hi Tec Lima mountaineering boots, whose soles came off and became useless after about 4 months, with minimal use in the city.
I received them in February 2019 with Order Code 75261.
I went to the store and they refused to reimburse me immediately, but they told me that they would contact their supplier and if he accepted they would replace them for me.
Since then I contacted the store by phone and sent emails, several times, but due to my lockdown they stated that they could not replace them due to lack of supplier (Hi Tec).
When we did not have a lockdown with various pretexts they did not communicate.
After several phone calls and one more visit, at their store we ended up sending me the Hi Tec Estratos boots, although € 12 cheaper.
The order placed on 01/08/2020 with Order Code 32598.
But again I received Hi Tec boots No 42 with the wrong number.
In fact, THEY WERE STUCK A STICKER over the real number of the shoe (No. 40) !!!
Again I contacted by phone and email (10/11/20), several times but due to the lockdown they stated that they can not replace them and with various pretexts did not communicate.
Of course, the store is responsible for the products it sells.
Really unacceptable behavior.

Excellent and trained staff, very kind willingness subject matter & professionalism. I must mention that there was immediate and very fast telephone service in everything I chose, I ordered and bought so far.
