Εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα τη διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση και την προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Διάλεξα για παράδειγμα ένα ανεξίτηλο λεπτό μαρκαδόρο και την ώρα που θα τον χτυπούσε στην ταμειακή η υπάλληλος με ρώτησε για ποια χρήση τον θέλω, και όταν είπα ότι τον θέλω για γραφή σε ύφασμα μου είπε ότι δεν είναι ο κατάλληλος και μου πρότεινε έναν άλλο για αυτή τη χρήση.
