★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φιλοξενηθήκαμε τις ημέρες του Πάσχα στο Byzantium Hotel κι αισθανθήκαμε τόσο οικεία σαν να περάσαμε την γιορτή με φίλους. Εξαιρετικά ευγενικοί όλοι οι άνθρωποι του ξενοδοχείου, διακριτικοί, χαμογελαστοί, εξυπηρετικοί μας υπενθύμισαν την πραγματική έννοια της ελληνικής φιλοξενίας. Πολλά μπράβο σε όλους.
 We spent the Easter days at the Byzantium Hotel and felt as intimate as if we were spending the holiday with friends. Extremely polite all the people of the hotel, discreet, smiling, helpful reminded us of the true meaning of Greek hospitality. Well done to all.
