G	George Athanassopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψάχνοντας να απαγκιστρωθώ από τα εξουσιοδοτημένα, με σύσταση από τεχνίτη φρένων, που θεωρώ ότι είναι σωστός επαγγελματίας, απευθύνθηκα στο συγκεκριμένο συνεργείο για το ετήσιο service (Passat TDI). Η πρώτη εμπειρία πολύ καλή: επιλογή ανταλλακτικών ανάμεσα σε κινέζικα, ΟΕΜ ή original με το ανάλογο κόστος (πάντως όχι και πολύ κάτω από το εξουσιοδοτημένο). Φιλικοί και επεξηγηματικοί. Τελευταίες μέρες Αυγούστου και τη μέρα της αναχώρησης από τις διακοπές ανάβει το check engine. Μη μπορώντας να κάνω αλλιώς έκανα 350χλμ (χωρίς, παρ' όλα αυτά να προσέξω κάτι διαφορετικό στο αυτοκίνητο) και επιστρέφοντας το ακινητοποίησα μέχρι το ραντεβού στο συνεργείο. Το διαγνωστικό έδειξε δυσλειτουργία του μπεκ πετρελαίου του 4ου κυλίνδρου και εξαιτίας αυτού επιβάρυνση του DPF, πιθανότατα εξαιτίας νοθευμένου καυσίμου (αυτή την ενημέρωση πήρα). Σε 2ο χρόνο άφησα το αυτοκίνητο και μου παραδόθηκε με την ενημέρωση ότι με τον καθαρισμό του μπεκ, τη χρήση καθαριστικού προσθέτου στο καύσιμο και την εκ νέου αλλαγή φίλτρου πετρελαίου (είχε αλλαχτεί πριν 4 μήνες) το check engine έσβησε (όντως) και ελπίζουμε ότι τα χειρότερα αποφεύχθησαν.Κόστος 90,5 ευρώ. Δύο μέρες και 40χλμ αργότερα το λαμπάκι επανήλθε (το αυτοκίνητο εξακολουθούσε να λειτουργεί χωρίς την αίσθηση βλάβης). Ξανά στο συνεργείο όπου άμεσα μου είπαν ότι, εφόσον η ένδειξη επανήλθε, το μπέκ χρειάζεται αλλαγή και ότι η νέα χρήση του διαγνωστικού είναι περιττή. Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μερικές ώρες αργότερα μου έδωσαν κόστος ανταλλακτικού 886 και εργασία 110 , σύνολο 996 ευρώ. Σοκαρισμένος από το ποσό σκέφτηκα να πάρω το εξουσιοδοτημένο συνεργείο, που πήγαινα ως τώρα, για να επιβεβαιώσω την τιμή του ανταλλακτικού. Φανταστείτε την έκπληξή μου όταν μου είπαν 789 (αμέσως 100 ευρώ κάτω). Ακύρωσα το ραντεβού στον Καμπύλη και πήγα στο εξουσιοδοτημένο εξηγώντας το ιστορικό. 2 ώρες αργότερα με πήραν να μου πουν ότι η βλάβη είναι χαλασμένος προθερμαντήρας καυσίμου που αλλάχθηκε με 70,74 ευρώ. Έγραψα το σεντόνι για να δώσω την ακριβή και αντικειμενική εικόνα. Μια βλάβη των 70 ευρώ παραλίγο να την πληρώσω 1000 (και ήδη είχα δώσει άλλα 90). Και είναι,τουλάχιστον, ανεξήγητο πώς ένας ιδιώτης βρίσκει ένα ανταλλακτικό 100 ευρώ φθηνότερα από τον επαγγελματία.Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. In the last days of August and on the day of departure from the holidays, the check engine is on. Unable to do otherwise I did 350km (without, however, noticing something different in the car) and when I returned I stopped it until the appointment at the garage. The diagnostic showed a malfunction of the 4th cylinder oil injector and due to this DPF overload, most likely due to adulterated fuel (I got this update). In the 2nd year I left the car and it was delivered to me with the information that by cleaning the injector, using a cleaning additive in the fuel and re-changing the oil filter (it was changed 4 months ago) the check engine went off (indeed) and we hope that the worse were avoided.Cost 90.5 euros. Two days and 40km later the light came on again (the car was still running without feeling damaged). Again in the workshop where I was immediately told that, once the indication returned, the injector needs to be changed and that the new use of the diagnostic is unnecessary. In a telephone communication a few hours later they gave me a spare parts cost of 886 and a job of 110, a total of 996 euros. Shocked by the amount I thought of getting the authorized workshop, which I was going to until now, to confirm the price of the spare part. Imagine my surprise when they called me 789 (immediately 100 euros down). I canceled the appointment in Kampilis and went to the authorized one explaining the history. 2 hours later they took me to tell me that the fault is a damaged fuel glow that was replaced with 70.74 euros. Και με έλεγε και παράξενο γιατί του έδειχνα τα προβλήματα που είχε το αμάξι και μου έλεγε ότι του ακυρώνω τη δουλειά μην πάτε ούτε από έξω από το μαγαζί και για να πάρω αποδείξει μετά από τσακωμό!!!! Και μετά από 3 μήνες βάψιμο άρχισε να πετάει το χρώμα και βλέπω ότι σε ένα χρόνο θα θέλει πάλη γενικό βάψιμο Unacceptable work see photos on the day deliveries after general painting !!! And after 3 months of painting, the paint started to fall and I see that in a year he will want to fight general painting
