S	SuperChris1908 Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα Παρασκευή τηλέφωνο για μεταφορά συναγερμού λόγω μετακόμισης και μου έκλεισαν ραντεβού ΜΕΤΑ από μια εβδομάδα Παρασκευή στις 10 το πρωί. Ο τεχνικός ποτέ δεν ήρθε. Επικοινώνησα με την εταιρεία μου είπαν θα με ενημερώσουν και ακόμη περιμένω. Πήρα πάλι στις 4 το απόγευμα να δω αν τελικά μπορώ να εξυπηρετηθώ και μου είπαν να πάρω το πρωί. Ερασιτέχνες. Πήρα άλλη εταιρεία και μου έκλεισαν ραντεβού την επομένη I got a phone call on Friday to move the alarm due to moving and they made an appointment for me AFTER a week Friday at 10am. Καλώ στη Αθήνα από την Τετάρτη για ένα τεχνικό πρόβλημα με παραπέμπουν στην Θεσσαλονίκη οι οποίοι ομως δεν απαντάνε ποτέ στο τηλέφωνο. Μονίμως λέει ότι δεν υπάρχει γραμμή να με εξυπηρετήσει και ξανακαλω Αθήνα και δεν μπορούν να με βοηθήσουν. Απορώ γιατί υποτίθεται είναι ίδια εταιρία. Και ο υπάλληλος αγενεστατος, με υφακι και μου το έκλεισε στα μούτρα.τον ρώτησα που μπορώ να απευθυνθώ για παράπονα και μου είπε πουθενά, τον ρώτησα αν αυτός είναι ο ανώτερος εκεί μέσα και μου το έκλεισε στα μούτρα επιδεικτικά κιολας (λεκτικα) Ειλικρινά απορω αν έχουν πελάτες με τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση. Η εξυπηρετηση ειναι εξαιρετικη , ο Πετρος ειναι παντα σωστος σε ολα . Εχω προτεινει την εταιρεια και σε γνωστους μου και ολοι ειμαστε παρα πολυ ευχαριστημενοι ! Τον έχω σε πλήρη ανάπτυξη με εξωτερικά ραντάρ, παγίδες, εσωτερικά ραντάρ, ειδοποίηση στο κινητό και ότι άλλες δυνατότητες έχει ο συναγερμός 10 χρόνια τώρα με εντελώς κανένα πρόβλημα, και προπάντων δεν έχει ενεργοποιηθεί ποτέ χωρίς λόγο. Επειδή έχω ασχοληθεί πολύ με τα συστήματα συναγερμού πιστεύω ότι είναι πρώτος με διάφορα. One of the best alarm systems.
