★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I eat ot drink out I try to reduce packaging and plastic in general. In Caffeine everything comes in a single use plastic bag, a disposable plastic bottle, and a plastic takeout container. And it gets even worse. When I asked for a juice in my refillable glass bottle they replied "It's against our policy." Well, I guess their policy is to produce huge amounts of waste that ends up in our landfils or our oceans when at the same time they promote fresh juices and vegan sandwiches. Just a great way of doing business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their motto cut my attention " honest products for you'. I became a regular customer, what's bad with a little honesty, right ? Since then I've experienced a constant decline over the quality and rising of the prizes. I honestly , have to say, that's not honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing vegan and vegetarian options! The customer is very good, helpful staff. The only thing that I really don’t like and is the second year in a row that I visit them is the plastic! The use plastic and a big amount of it in every single thing. If you upgrade that the store will deserve more than 5 stars ✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this to go (due to covid) coffee shop.. they have vegan choices and great coffee with a selection of vegan milk! Try the vegan croissant with chocolate and tahini… superb!

All the points for the staff wearing their mask correctly, since I don't buy from places that don't wear them properly.
