I rented a car just after one hour from Hertz , they were professional and accepted my card without any problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you rent a car here be aware. Remember to take pictures of everything even the small scratches, they say doesn’t matter. Maybe videotape the hole conversation just to be sure. We said the car had som scratches and she said she would notice but when returned she was sure they wasn’t there beforehand. When leaving for set airport again we needed to wait a long time for a driver to drive us to the airport. Disappointing rental and even more disappointing people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use this car rental company! I booked with them a car and we wait for 3 hours at the airport and nobody was waiting fort us and replying to our calls. At the end we had to take another car with another car rental company at a double price. They told that they canceled my booking beacuse my flight was delayed. Never happened a thing like this before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE car rental agency!!! Rented a car end september and 5 months later still did not receive deposit of 300 euros back. Call everyday and emailed 10+ times. When they answer the phone they lie and promise to transfer the deposit back right away but never do it, happened multiple times. I’m still waiting, going to keep calling.
