Really was looking to have a family pictures set and came in a good will. still looking :)
The session was smooth, quick & fun as well the place is properly set with amazing photo displaying their work.
Another appointment was scheduled & the reason for this review.
* Verdict: was not a professional way to attract people & sell them, can feel something is not right in the process. seeing other pple reviews requires the CAME management to change their approach & take action.
- Not allowed to see the photos to select one. pay first
- Rushing us to make a payment pushing to pay any amount before we leave
- Price was very high for a CD (200 euros) dropped to 100 before the last sales attempt. The package with 4 large photos in wooden frame with free CD cant/ recall exactly but near 500 euros and another package for 1000.
Desperate sales approach to attract customer, the attitude changes as clearly they did not make an immediate sale. CAME team, be clear with your customer, provide transparent price like the one you have on your website.
Note: thank you, we got a canva picture as a gift that they promised that they have chosen for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at CAME through a gift, we are not the type of family that would arrange a photoshoot... 3 kids under 7 is not an easy crowd.. We were so very pleasantly surprised by their professional approach, the photographer was lovely, made us feel comfortable and we actually had a lot of fun doing the shoot. The end result was great and value for money considering the quality was spot on! Would recommend it to a friend :)
