Everything perfect, very modern apartment, clean, nice and quiet; Well connected you have at least 3 beaches nearby. The welcome is great. We will repeat !!!
S	Samantha Groli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata presso tale struttura dal 9/07 al 16/07/16 e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. La palazzina è di nuova costruzione, l'appartamento in cui ho soggiornato era molto ampio, spazioso (62 mq), luminoso, pulito, in una zona molto tranquilla di Kissamos. L'appartamento per due persone era costituito da un ampio salone con due divani, un terrazzo, cucina a vista, un bagno e una spaziosa camera matrimoniale con un balcone. L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i comfort: frigorifero con freezer, forno a microonde, lavatrice, ferro + asse da stiro, tv satellitare, aria condizionata. Nikos, il proprietario, e la moglie sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Nikos ci ha accompagnato all'appartamento alle 3 di notte a causa del ritardo del nostro volo. Buonissime le marmellate preparate dalla moglie e fatte trovare nell'appartamento insieme ad altri prodotti tipici greci. Grazie anche a Kostantinos per l'assistenza che mi ha fornito prima del viaggio. I stayed at this facility from 07/07 to 07/16/16 and I was pleasantly surprised. The building is newly built, the apartment I stayed in was very large, spacious (62 sqm), bright, clean, in a very quiet area of Kissamos. The apartment for two people consisted of a large living room with two sofas, a terrace, an open kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious double bedroom with a balcony. The apartment was equipped with all comforts: refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, iron + ironing board, satellite TV, air conditioning. Nikos, the owner, and his wife were very kind and helpful. Nikos took us to the apartment at 3 am due to the delay of our flight. Delicious jams prepared by his wife and made to find in the apartment along with other typical Greek products. Thanks also to Kostantinos for the assistance he gave me before the trip.
A	Anna Kosmala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Przestronny i ładnie urządzony apartament. Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, a nawet więcej. Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie na parterze. To mieszkanie ma 2 poziomy: parter to kuchnia, salon, 2 tarasy, WC i łóżko (duze), poziom -1 to sypialnia z dużą szafą i łóżkiem king size i łazienką. Zadbany, dobrze wysprzątany i utrzymany. Budynek wydaje się nowy. Na obydwu poziomach niezależna klimatyzacja. W połowie pobytu sprzątanie z wymianą pościeli i ręczników. Ładny ogródek z piękną roślinnością (kwiaty i drzewka), a także świeże zioła w doniczkach (mięta). Wynajmujący przesympatyczni i bardzo pomocni (dostaliśmy dużo wskazówek dotyczących miejsc jakie warto zobaczyć). Lokalizacja w Kissamos to dobry punt wypadowy do dalszego ekslorowania wyspy. Blisko do centrum Kissamos, sklepów i tawern. A na powitanie otrzymaliśmy lokalne produkty jako podarunek (super :)). Można też je kupić na miejscu (niestety nie mogliśmy ze względu na ograniczenia związane z bagażem podręcznym). Jeśli będziemy podróżować jeszcze w te okolice na pewno zatrzymamy się w campagna mare. A spacious and nicely furnished apartment. Equipped with everything you need and more. We lived in a ground floor apartment. This flat has 2 levels: ground floor is a kitchen, living room, 2 terraces, WC and a bed (large), level -1 is a bedroom with a large wardrobe and a king size bed and a bathroom. Well maintained, well cleaned and maintained. The building seems new. Independent air conditioning on both levels. Half-stay cleaning with the exchange of bed linen and towels. Nice garden with beautiful vegetation (flowers and trees), as well as fresh herbs in pots (mint). Renter przesympatyczni and very helpful (we got a lot of tips on places to see). The location in Kissamos is a good departure point for further exploration of the island. Close to the center of Kissamos, shops and taverns. And we received local products as a gift (great :)). You can also buy them on the spot (unfortunately we could not because of the restrictions related to hand luggage). If we are still traveling in this area, we will definitely stay at the campagna mare.
M	Matteo Romagnoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento Giardino, molto al di sopra delle aspettative, bellissimo, spaziosissimo, c'è tutto, lavatrice detersivi, moka e caffè, un phon vero, ombrellone per la spiaggia, giochi per i bambini, 2 bagni, veranda giardino. Gestore parla italiano, cortese e gentilissimo. Un omaggio di benvenuto e tutto quello che non avete mai trovato in una casa al mare. Punto strategico per visitare la parte ovest di Creta. Apartment Garden, well above expectations, beautiful, very spacious, there is everything, washing detergents, mocha and coffee, a real hairdryer, umbrella for the beach, children's games, 2 bathrooms, patio garden. Manager speaks Italian, courteous and very kind. A welcome gift and everything you have never found in a beach house. Strategic point to visit the west part of Crete.

Nella dispensa sono presenti un po' di caffè,the, aceto, sale, zucchero, che sono molto comodi per eventuali pasti consumati in casa. Nel bagno vi sono schiampoo e bagno schiuma ed è fornito il detersivo per la lavatrice. All'ingresso ti vengono offerti alcuni prodotti tipici e dei dolcetti . Situato in zona assolutamente tranquilla per un buon riposo e piacevoli chiaccherate serali o pasti sul terrazzo. Esperienza davvero piacevole. Modern and well designed apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In the pantry there are some coffee, tea, vinegar, salt, sugar, which are very convenient for any meals consumed at home. In the bathroom there are shampoo and shower gel and detergent for the washing machine is provided. At the entrance you are offered some typical products and sweets. Located in an absolutely quiet area for a good rest and pleasant evening chats or meals on the terrace. Really enjoyable experience.
