Amazing beach with crystal clear water

Toilets are kept super clean and they are a good proxy for the rest. The camping crowd changes depending on the month you are in, but they are generally well behaved. Good sandy beaches nearby. WiFi gets saturated frequently even when there is no high occupancy. Shadow is not plenty. Very friendly staff.

This is one of the cleanest campings we’ve stayed in, while in Greece. Hats off for the ladies who seem to be doing this as one would do in her/his house and not only to simply accomplish a job related task. I wish, however, there were more tourists capable of understanding this and respect their work. The unit is run by Melissis brothers, who are very welcoming and ready to help with everything you may need. The camping has all the facilities one could possibly need: hot water at all times, well supplied and not too expensive minimarket, washing machine, three fridges (that run really cold) and a freezer, bbq, good working wifi throughout the camping and many pitches to choose from (lots of them with good shadow), with electricity hubs nearby. The camping is well lit during night time. You get a lot of value for the money you pay here. However, but not camping related, you may encounter some noisy Bulgarians on site. The Greeks are not too shabby either. But, if you go in low season, you may find a spot to keep the distance. Also, you may hear the cars on the main road during the night. If you’re a light sleeper, some ear plugs may prove to be indispensable. The beach is long and pretty wide, so you may easily find a good spot. There is no shadow, therefore an umbrella or some sort of tarp will come in handy. There is a nice promenade road connecting Valti Beach to Klimataria Beach, so you may want to bring your bikes along. All in all we had a good stay here and we will definitely consider this camping when back in the area.

Believe me I have been around a lot and i have never seen facilities and Cleanliness like Camping Melissi, Everything you need they just have it and if they don't, they find a solution for you. My Regards Camping Melissi!!

Lovely place not far from the beach. We go there at the end of September and there were a few people in the camp. The camp has very nice bathrooms and showers. There is a BBQ grill that is free to use. The store was working although not very much stocked at the end of the season.

Little bit crowded camping place, but it had an own market, clean facilities, shaded camping spots. Location is great near the beach.

We went there during low season, so it was calm and with enough places for tents to choose from. A neat camping with good amenities such as a supermarket, clean bathrooms, fridges, barbecue and a kids playground. The beach is 50m away and is suitable for children as it is not so deep. Would recommend!
