Το ένα μας το έφεραν λάθος και αφού μετά από παράπονο δικό μας το έλεγξαν, λέγοντας ότι συμβαίνει πρώτη φορά, μας το άλλαξαν με το > αλλά εξακολουθεί να μην έχει καμία σχέση με εκείνο που παραγγείλαμε. Το δεύτερο έκανε 2 λακούβες, ενώ ήταν στην εγγύηση, ήρθαν το είδαν μας είπαν ότι φταινε τα ξύλα του κρεβατιού που ήταν αραιά και άρα φταίμε εμείς που δεν το ξέραμε και δεν διαβάσαμε τις οδηγίες χρήσης ( δεκτό μέχρι εδώ ότι έχουμε μερίδιο ευθύνης) μας έκαναν"χάρη" και πήραν να το επισκευάσουν αφήνοντας μας 10 μέρες χωρίς στρώμα και όταν το επέστρεψαν ήταν όπως πριν και μου είπαν ότι δεν γίνεται κάτι άλλο. Τέλος, πηγαίνοντας στο κατάστημα και λέγοντας ότι αυτό το στρώμα που έχουν στην έκθεση έχει διαφορετική υφή από το δικό μας ( ενώ είναι το ίδιο στρώμα) μας είπαν ότι μάλλον από την πολυκαιρία αυτά που έχουν εκεί μαλακωσαν. Βγάλτε τα συμπεράσματά σας. ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ! ( Να διευκρινίσω ότι δεν ήταν καθόλου οικονομικά τα στρώματα και περιμέναμε την αντίστοιχη ποιότητα). Αναγκάστηκαμε να πάρουμε καινούργια πηγαίνοντάς φυσικά σε άλλη εταιρία. Και όλα αυτά σε 5 χρόνια. We bought 3 mattresses 5 years ago. One of them was brought to us wrong and after our complaint they checked it, saying that it happens for the first time, they changed it to "correct" but it still has nothing to do with what we ordered. The second one made 2 potholes, while it was under warranty, they came and saw it, they told us that it was the bed wood that was thin, so it was our fault that we did not know it and did not read the instructions for use (accepted so far that we have a share of responsibility) "thanks" and they took it to be repaired, leaving us without a mattress for 10 days and when they returned it was as before and they told me that nothing else was being done. Finally, going to the store and saying that this mattress that they have in the exhibition has a different texture from ours (while it is the same mattress) they told us that probably from the long time what they have there has softened. Draw your own conclusions. NEVER AGAIN! (To clarify that the mattresses were not economical at all and we expected the corresponding quality). We had to buy a new one, of course going to another company. And all this in 5 years.
