★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. We were recommended this place by a local and this was my number one culinary experience in Santorini. Came one day for cocktails and the bartender was very attentive and really took care of the ingredients, technique and presentation. Second time we wanted to try the food if the drinks were that good and we were blown away. True fine dining. They really know how to do their desserts as well! Nice and open view.

The sunset view is wonderful and different from what you can experience in other parts of Santorini.
The food is divine ! No other words to describe it’s just incredible.
The drinks were also really good and refreshing !
The staff was extremely nice and enjoyable they were really cautious with everything and made our evening even better !
Special mention to the music and the chill vibes, if i could i would rate this place 7/5

And while everyone is seemingly drawn to the crowded Oia sunset dining scene, those in the know will venture to Pyrgos and watch the mountains change their hue from brown to fiery gold while sipping on the most perfectly crafted cocktails on the island.
If you are seeking something different for dinner or if you are ready to venture out of Fira and Oia, you too can be awash in great views and exceptional service.
Get in early, because this place is a hit.
