Captain Zeppos Boutique Suites - Pollonia

If you're going to Milos, this is where you should stay. Michail is an incredible host and took care of us through multiple changes of travel plans. We loved every minute at Captain Zeppos and also stayed in some of the other properties that Michail runs --- they were all incredible. I wouldn't dream of booking accommodation with anyone else if I went back to Milos! It was an absolute dream holiday.

I stayed at Captain Zeppo's during May 2021 with a friend and we really loved it! Totally rennovated, modern and chic, our room was comfortable with 2 floors and a huge balcony overlooking the sea! The pool is totally beautiful and the whole design of every hotel space is amazing. Very friendly staff, I totally recommend it.

Magical island and magical place to stay ! We loved everything and a big thank you to Michail and all the wonderful people who work there ! The decoration is so beautiful and very cosy, you just feel at home and relax straight away ! It's the best situation on the island, the restaurants are just excellent, very high quality with beautiful wine selection ! And the most amazing is the view, you can dive waking up in the morning and watch the sunrise. We travel a lot and it is seriously one of the most beautiful places we have been. We stayed at Captain Zeppos in Pollonia on Milos while we were there for our elopement at Sarakiniko Beach. Owner Michail and his team made us feel like family. They met us at the airport and gave us a rundown of the island on the way to the hotel. Upon arrival we were given a basket with bread, jams, cake, and everything we might need for breakfast. During our stay we also enjoyed coffee and drinks in the lounge area by the plunge pool. We had our wedding dinner on our balcony catered by a nearby restaurant and Michail coordinated with our wedding planner to make sure everything was smooth on our special day. At the end of our trip, Michail went above and beyond as one of our ferry reservations was cancelled. He allowed us to hang out at the hotel for as long as we needed, extended our rental car time, made room for all our luggage, provided us with beverages, arranged our transport to the port, and even organized a way to watch our luggage while we were in Adamas (the port) while we waited for our new ferry. Captain Zeppos is in a beautiful location right on the water and is within easy walking distance to everything you might need in Pollonia. It's sweetly decorated and makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. Highly recommend it if you're heading to Milos!

What a lovely place ! ? Everything is just great, the view, the location, the rooms, the service. They do everything to make you feel comfortable.

Really great place for a relaxed vacation, awesome service. They help you as much as they can. Great bar, even though it closes early, which makes it a quiet place.

Amazing stay at Captain Zeppos. Mikahil, the owner, was really welcoming and helpful We were in the Sunset Suite, which has stunning 360 views across the sea to Kimolos, the little port of Pollonia and Milos behind. But even though the hotel is right in the centre of the village, it was extremely calm and quiet. The room was wonderful, with a choice of sunbathing spots and everything you could possibly need, including a Nespresso machine. And the pool and bar were wonderful places to hang out! Thoroughly recommend Captain Zeppos for anyone looking for a quiet and luxurious stay in the Cyclades.

Cannot recommend this beautiful place highly enough ✨ The while building is styled in simple but elegant white wash with black and raffia accents designed by Michail himself. Costas gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do on the transfer from the airport and Victoria makes amazing cocktails, conversation, and had lots of recommendations too! We felt like we were staying with friends ? We booked a private boat tour (Nikos was our captain and was excellent!!) and rented a car through the hotel which was easy and the prices were fair. Renting a car makes it much easier to see the island and they have automatic transmission options if you need. We stayed in the Rose Suite which had a kitchenette with a little nespresso and fridge, excellent water pressure, a little private covered balcony that looks onto the little church with a peek out to the sea. The welcome basket has all you need for light breakfasts which you will probably want to enjoy on the Sun loungers by the pool. Overall we’re a bit worried it’s not going to get any better from here and were sad to leave so soon.
