Ουδείς, σας ενημέρωσε για προβληματικό προϊόν κύριοι, παρόλ' αυτά, ενήργησα κατόπιν υποδείξεώς σας. Αν εσείς θέλετε να τα παρουσιάζετε, όπως σας βολεύει, ας το κάνετε. Αλλά, όπως σας είπα και προφορικά, δεν ενοχλούμαι για το ποσό που έχασα, καθώς το αντικείμενο παραμένει στον χώρο σας και θα παραμείνει βέβαια, (και ας το έχω πληρώσει) αλλά αυτό που πρέπει να τρομάζει έναν καταναλωτή είναι η πολιτική γυφτιάς που σας διακρίνει. Και φυσικά μη επαγγελματισμού. Unacceptable behavior and policies reminiscent of the 70s & 80s .... I do not go into details, as only vomiting can cause ... Too bad, they lost 5 of them. 09.02.22 Reply to your answer ...... No one informed you about a problematic product, gentlemen, however, I acted upon your suggestion. If you want to present them as you see fit, let's do it. Δικό μου το λάθος που δεν πήγα σε ένα από τόσα μαγαζιά στην Αθήνα αλλά έψαξα το "και καλά φθηνότερο" μέσω του skroutz. Σχετικά με την απάντησή σας μου είπατε τηλεφωνικά ότι θα μου επιστρέφατε 11€ και θα πληρώνατε εσείς το κόστος της επιστροφής. Σας έστειλα μήνυμα και σας ρώτησα ποτέ θα γίνει η επιστροφή και μου είπατε ότι τα !!!8€!!! Θα τα βάλετε στην κάρτα μου. Σας υπενθύμισα ότι μου είχατε πει 11€ & μου είπατε ότι κάνω λάθος. Σας είπα ότι εσείς κάνετε λάθος και μου είπατε ότι θα ακούσετε την κλήση. Σας είπα να μου την στείλετε κι εμένα να την ακούσω κι εγώ και ως δια μαγείας δεν μπορέσατε να βρείτε την κλήση... Τα συμπεράσματα του κοινού.... Unfortunately, they tell you over the phone and they do other things. Regarding your answer, you told me by phone that you would return me € 11 and you would pay the cost of the return. Αγόρασα κάτι ανταλλακτικά με βάση τις περιγραφές και τις φωτό για συγκεκριμένο αυτοκίνητο και ήρθαν λάθος.Συν το ότι το αφεντικό είναι μεγάλος παπατζής και πήγε να με βγάλει τρελό.Ακόμα και το σχεδιάγραμμα που είχε μέσα το προιόν ήταν ΛΑΘΟΣ σχεδιασμένο!!! Τελευταίο και καλύτερο :Τα γύρισα πίσω με δική μου χρέωση ενώ έκαναν αυτοί λάθος και στην επιστροφή χρημάτων τα λεφτά ήρθαν μείον…Από όλη αυτήν την ιστορία και τα πράματα που ήθελα δεν πήρα και μου φάγανε και ένα 20άρικο σύνολο.Έχει να πέσει πολύ θάψιμο… UNACCEPTABLE SHOP, AWAY !!! The photos they have on the site are very careful !!! I bought some spare parts based on the descriptions and photos for a specific car and they came wrong. Plus the boss is a big scumbag and he went to drive me crazy. Even the blueprint in the product was WRONG designed !!! Last and best: I returned them with my own charge while they made a mistake and in the refund the money came minus… From all this story and the things I wanted I did not get and they ate me and a 20-piece set. It has a lot to bury…

In contact with the store for a change with a new one, they refused, saying that they broke as it was my fault. I made a complaint through Hellenic Consumers' Ombudsman , where a proposal was made for an amicable settlement where they would credit me 50% of the value but again they refused. Maybe the WORST store I have bought, with the WORST after sales support. It is a pity in such times of crisis, to have such UNACCEPTABLE behavior.
