Αφού βέβαια είχα κλείσει ραντεβού ήταν όλα άψογα.
Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και γρήγορο με πλήρη κατάρτιση στο ηλεκτρονικό κομμάτι( ηλεκτρονικά παράβολο κλπ) και γενικά σε όλη την διαδικασία.. (αν προσπαθούν να καταρρίψουν το μύθο των δημοσίων υπαλλήλων τα καταφέρνουν άνετα)!!!
For public KTEO very good !!
Of course, since I had made an appointment, everything was perfect.
The staff is polite and fast with full training in the electronic part (electronic payment etc) and in general throughout the process .. (if they try to dispel the myth of civil servants they succeed easily) !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση! Από τις λίγες δημόσιες υπηρεσίες που διαθέτουν τόσο ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Το ραντεβού τηρήθηκε και η διαδικασία του ελέγχου διήρκεσε το αναμενόμενο. Σε περίπου μισή ώρα είχαμε τελειώσει. Το κόστος ήταν μόλις 40€. Ο έλεγχος δεν είναι τυπικός και οι άνθρωποι δεν κάνουν "τα στραβά μάτια". Δε γνωρίζω κανέναν τους προσωπικά! Στο παρελθόν έχει τύχει να εντοπίσουν σε ένα αυτοκίνητό μου κάποιο μικρό πρόβλημα και να μην το "περάσουν"! Ο έλεγχος γίνεται όπως πρέπει!
Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι η υπηρεσία δεν διαθέτει POS και άρα δεν μπορείς να πληρώσεις με την κάρτα σου, αλλά μόνο με ηλεκτρονικό παράβολο, το οποίο όμως εκδίδεται αρκετά εύκολα, επί τόπου.
Excellent service! Of the few public services that have such polite and helpful staff. The appointment was kept and the audit process lasted as expected. In about half an hour we were done. The cost was just € 40. The control is not formal and people do not make "crooked eyes". I do not know any of them personally! In the past, they have noticed a small problem in one of my cars and not "passed" it! The control is done properly!
The only downside is that the service does not have POS and therefore you can not pay with your card, but only with electronic payment, which is quite easily issued on the spot.
