Ε	ΕΛΕΝΗ ΣΠΑΝ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους έψαχνα πάνω από μήνα για να μου στείλουν την παραγγελία. Προσπάθησα δεκάδες φορές να επικοινωνήσω με το κατάστημα τηλεφωνικά, αλλά δεν απαντούσε κανείς. Τελικά μίλησα με κάποιον από το κατάστημα μέσω της σελίδας τους στο Facebook που με διαβεβαίωσε ότι είχε σταλεί η παραγγελία. Όταν του ζήτησα τον κωδικό από την μεταφορική ξαφνικά αυτή είχε χάσει το δέμα... Και τον κωδικό φυσικά. Τελικά μου έστειλαν όσα προϊόντα ήταν διαθέσιμα αν και με αλλαγμένες τιμές. Όταν επικοινωνησα για να τους εκφράσω την δυσαρέσκεια μου δικαιολογηθηκαν λέγοντας μου ότι δεν πρόσεξα καλά τις τιμές. Αφού επέμενα, παραδέχτηκαν το λάθος και προσφέρθηκαν να μου επιστρέψουν τη διαφορά. Ανεύθυνοι και αγενείς. Το χειρότερο κατάστημα που έχω παραγγείλει κάτι ηλεκτρονικά! I was looking for them for over a month to send me the order. I tried dozens of times to contact the store by phone, but no one answered. Eventually I spoke to someone from the store through their Facebook page who assured me that the order had been sent. When I asked him for the code from the transport company, she suddenly lost the package ... And the code, of course. Eventually they sent me all the products that were available although with changed prices. When I contacted them to express my dissatisfaction, they justified themselves by telling me that I did not pay attention to the prices. After I insisted, they admitted the mistake and offered to return the difference to me. Irresponsible and rude. The worst store I have ordered anything online!

Θέλω να τονίσω και την φιλική, άμεση και αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση, μετά την παραγγελία, σε κάποιο διαδικαστικό θέμα που προέκυψε με την εταιρεία διανομής. Η επικοινωνία για τη λύση του προβλήματος ήταν άμεση, τόσο από τη σελίδα του καταστήματος στο facebook, όσο τηλεφωνικά! I would also like to emphasize the friendly, prompt and efficient service, after the order, in a procedural issue that arose with the distribution company. The communication for the solution of the problem was immediate, both from the store page on facebook, as well as by phone!

Επιπλέον αρνήθηκαν να τους πληρώσω γι' αυτό ή να τους επιστρέψω αυτό που θα ερχόταν. Μού το έκαναν δώρο. Θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω σίγουρα! They were late in sending me what I ordered and in order not to hang me when I went on vacation and I wanted it, they sent it back to me by taxi the same day, even though the normal package was already in the courier. In addition, they refused to pay me for it or return what would come. They gave it to me as a gift. I will definitely prefer them again!
