f	filio poulopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Νοίκιασα αυτοκίνητο από την εταιρεία ΧΑΛΙΒΕΛΑΚΗΣ και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άκρως επαγγελματική! Το αυτοκίνητο που παρέλαβα ήταν καινούργιο και πεντακάθαρο, οι υπάλληλοι ευγενέστατοι, με εξυπηρέτησαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο,φορώντας μάσκες προστασίας ( που δυστυχώς δεν είδα σε άλλα γραφεία) και οι τιμές από τις καλύτερες που βρήκα μέσω διαδικτύου. I rented a car from the company CHALIVELAKIS and the service was extremely professional! The car I received was new and spotless, the officials were very polite, they served me in the best way, wearing protective masks (which unfortunately I didn't see in other offices) and the prices of the best I found online.

Non-professionalism. They canceled our car at the last minute without giving us any other solution and in an ironic style. UNACCEPTABLE.

I	Isaak Koumis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed, not recommended. They didn't rent me my vehicle, didn't refund my deposit. Very ridiculous thing by them. Didn't rent me my ATV bike because it was dangerous for me as they said, and because they didn't have a car to rent me , they kept me deposit. Also the funniest thing is that the was making fun in front of my face in Kythnos annex, everyday they was teling me that they will give me my money back, and I was going 3 times a day for four days until the last day that they said me no refund. Very upset very disappointed . Also all the vehicles are in very bad condition, especially the cars. Try another agent. I swear They didn't even put the refund they promised on their answer !! No more words . . .
V	V S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a death wish, rent from Halivelakis. Their vehicles are very poorly maintained and frankly, dangerous. Brakes were barely working, lights flashing on and off, unstable on the road and our experience ended with the engine blowing up in a cloud of smoke. We waited on the side of the road for 3 hours for a replacement (noting it takes only 2 hours to get around the entire island of Skiathos) and no one showed up. We finally managed to restart the vehicle and limp back to their office only to be confronted by an extremely rude employee who actually had the nerve to try and somehow blame it on us (we only had the car for less than 24 hours by the way) and refuse to give our money back! They were kind enough to give us 70% back in the end after a huge arguement.... Very proffessional what can I say. I wish the best of luck to anyone that has the misfortune to rent from this company.
