★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφώνησα στον κ Δημήτρη Δευτέρα 16 Αυγούστου, του είπα το πρόβλημα μου (ανέβαζε θερμοκρασία το αυτοκίνητο λόγω κάποιου προβλήματος), αμέσως μου πρότεινε να το πάω εφόσον ήταν δυνατόν απ'το χώρο του. Όπως και έγινε.
Ο άνθρωπος εξυπηρετηκότατος, (του εξήγησα πως είμαι από Αθήνα και βρίσκομαι εδώ για διακοπές) άφησε το πρόγραμμά του (είχε 3 αυτοκίνητα πριν από εμένα) και αμέσως είδε το πρόβλημα.
Τελικά ήταν θερμοστάτης, σε 30 λεπτά είχε φτιαχτεί το πρόβλημα.
Συνεχίζω τις διακοπές μου, χάρη στην αμεσότητα και την εξυπηρέτηση κάποιων ανθρώπων.
Να τονίσω πως είχα τηλεφωνήσει και σε παραπλήσιο συνεργείο και λόγω φόρτου μου αρνήθηκαν να πάω από τον χώρο τους ώστε να δουν το πρόβλημα.
Οι τιμή που μου ζήτησε ήταν αστεία, ντρεπόμουν και του άφησα κάτι παραπάνω.
Τον προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα τόσο τεχνικά όσο και σε επίπεδο ανθρώπου. Μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και καθ'όλη την διάρκεια του σέρβις ήταν κατατοπιστικός και επεξηγηματικός.
Μόνο καλά λόγια έχω να πω!!!!

I called Mr. Dimitris on Monday, August 16, I told him my problem (the car was raising the temperature due to a problem), he immediately suggested that I take it if it was possible from his place. As it happened.
The very helpful man (I explained to him that I am from Athens and I am here for vacation) left his schedule (he had 3 cars before me) and immediately saw the problem.
Eventually it was a thermostat, in 30 minutes the problem was fixed.
I continue my vacation, thanks to the immediacy and service of some people.
To emphasize that I had called a nearby workshop and due to my load they refused to leave their place to see the problem.
The price he asked me for was funny, I was ashamed and I left him something more.
I highly recommend it both technically and on a human level. He greeted us with a smile and throughout the service he was informative and explanatory.
I have only good words to say !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο καταλήξαμε στον κ. Δημήτρη, θέλαμε να αλλάξουμε τον συμπιεστή του air condition πολύ καιρό αλλά δεν είχαμε καταλήξει ποιος θέλουμε να το αναλάβει.
Μετά από κουβέντα αρχικά μας άρεσε το γεγονός ότι μας πρότεινε τι ΕΠΡΕΠΕ να κάνουμε και όχι τι ήταν πιο βολικό για κείνον και για εμάς!
Πρώτα απ ολα ειναι " ο μάστορας " των Opel !!
Στη διαδρομή μας εκεί μας άφησε ο συμπλέκτης έξω από το μαγαζί του Πέμπτη Πρωί και αγχώθηκαμε για το πότε θα είναι όλα έτοιμα. Παρασκευή πρωί ήταν έτοιμο ( σοκ ) και πριν κάνει οτιδήποτε μας πήρε να μας ενημερώσει για το κόστος γιατί αλλά υπολογισαμε και αλλά βγήκαν στην πορεία. Αυτό ήταν κάτι που το εκτιμήσαμε μιας και συνήθως σε τέτοιες δουλειές πάντα βρίσκεσαι προ εκπλήξεως!!!
Με λίγα λόγια ταχύτητα αξιοπιστία αξίζει 100% να πάτε , είναι άνθρωπος με γνώσεις και πολύ πρόθυμος να τις μοιραστεί μαζί σας, θα σας βοηθήσει να κατανοήσετε οποίο πρόβλημα και θα προτείνει το καλύτερο που γίνεται!!!

After much searching we came to Mr. Dimitris, we wanted to change the air condition compressor for a long time but we had not decided who we want to take over.
After a conversation we initially liked the fact that he suggested what we SHOULD do and not what was more convenient for him and for us!
First of all he is the "carpenter" of Opel !!
On our way there, the clutch left us outside the store on Thursday morning and we were anxious about when everything would be ready. Friday morning was ready (shock) and before he did anything he took us to inform us about the cost because but we calculated and but they went on the way. This was something we appreciated since usually in such jobs you are always in for a surprise !!!
In short, speed, reliability is worth 100% to go, he is a person with knowledge and very willing to share it with you, he will help you understand which problem and will suggest the best that is done !!!
From us 5 stars worthy!
