★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ραντεβού στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για τοποθέτηση αντηλιακών μεμβρανών και καθαρισμό φαναριών. Το προσωπικό είναι άριστα καταρτισμένο και ευγενικό, πρόθυμο να λύσει κάθε απορία ενώ και το αποτέλεσμα της εργασίας άψογο και μάλιστα σε ανταγωνιστικές τιμές. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα
I made an appointment at this store for sunscreen and lantern cleaning. The staff is excellently trained and polite, willing to answer any question while the result of the work is impeccable and even at competitive prices. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να κάνω αλλαγή εμπρόσθιου Μπαρμπριζ. Είχα μιλήσει με την κοπέλα στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μου εξήγησε πως το θραύσμα αν είναι στο οπτικό μου πεδίο ΟΣΟ ΜΙΚΡΟ ΚΑΙ ΑΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ μπορώ να κάνω αλλαγή αντί για επισκευή. Ο ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΣ υπάλληλος ( ΜΙΛΑΜΕ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ ΛΑΡΙΣΑΣ) βέβαια προσπάθησε να με πείσει να κάνω μόνο επισκευή γιατί βαριόταν να το αλλάξει και σαν να μη φτάνει αυτό μου μιλούσε με ύφος. Ακόμη, χωρίς να με γνωρίζει μου μιλούσε λες και ήμουν το παραπαίδι του στο συνεργείο. Τέλος, μόλις πάω να αφήσω τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα στον υπεύθυνο, μου λέει με ύφος: Άσε και 25 ευρώ να σου αλλάξω υαλοκαθαριστηρες. Του απαντάω: όχι ευχαριστω και αμέσως με ρωτάει ειρωνικά, : γιατί είναι καλοί αυτοί που έχεις;
Τα 2 αστέρια είναι μόνο και μόνο για την ποιότητα του υαλου. Κατά τα άλλα η εξυπηρέτηση κάτω του μετρίου.
I went to change the front barb. I had talked to the girl in customer service she explained to me that if the fragment is in my field of vision AS SMALL AS IT IS I can make a change instead of a repair. The UNACCEPTABLE employee (WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE LARISSA STORE) of course tried to persuade me to only make repairs because he was bored to change it and as if that was not enough he spoke to me in style. Still, without knowing me, he spoke to me as if I were his child in the workshop. Finally, as soon as I go to leave the necessary documents to the person in charge, he says to me in style: Let me change your windshield wipers for 25 euros. I answer him: no thank you and he immediately asks me ironically: why are the ones you have good?
The 2 stars are only for the quality of the glass. Otherwise the service is below average.
