★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they seem to have the facilities and the technical knowledge to install any kind of glass in a vehicle, their office management needs immediate attention. My friend's car was vandalised and she had to wait for hours both when installing the temporary fiberglass and the final glass. The former was most likely the insurance agency's fault, but the latter was because they had ordered a glass window for a different model. Both times they suggested that my friend left and returned on a different day, i.e. leaving her car in the streets of Athens with a broken window as well wasting even more of her workdays. Not on...

Let’s make things straight and clear, as realistic and objective as possible.
The result of the repair was perfect and the quality of the products are second to none, but let’s be honest it was just a small glass passenger window, meaning no need to operate the door’s mechanism.
Now let’s kill the “dragon”, the sunscreen membrane they used to replace the previous one was one darkness tone lighter and they insisted on that it was the absolute same as the previous. No need to mention the manager’s rude behaviour! So rude in fact that he ended up being ridiculous… What a real joke of a manager!
