J	Johny L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν με κάλυπτε η προηγούμενη ανάρτηση για την επιχείρηση και είπα να την εμπλουτίσω με γεγονότα.Αγορασα ένα αυτοκίνητο από την cars profit και τα παιδιά όχι μόνο με εξυπηρέτησαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο αλλά και όταν χωρίς δική τους υπαιτιότητα καθυστέρησε η έκδοση της άδειας κυκλοφορίας έκαναν τα πάντα για να λυθεί το πρόβλημα .Θεωρώ ότι ο επαγγελματίας στα δύσκολα φαίνεται και πλέον θα είμαι μόνιμος διαφημιστής αυτής της επιχείρησης και προσβλέπω σε επόμενη αγορά πάλι εκεί θα απευθυνθώ!!! Συγχαρητήρια σε όλη την ομάδα. I was not covered by the previous post about the business and I said to enrich it with facts. Πριν από, περίπου, δύο μήνες, αγόρασα ένα μεταχειρισμένο σαλόνι (εμπρός και πίσω καθίσματα) για Alfa Romeo Giulietta στα 400€. Το αγόρασα τηλεφωνικά, γιατί είμαι από Πάτρα, ρώτησα επανειλημμένα αν η κατάσταση είναι καλή, αν τα δέρματα είναι φθαρμένα, αν τα αφρολεξ είναι καλά και ενώ ο υπεύθυνος, Νίκος στο όνομα, με τον οποίο μίλησα στο τηλέφωνο, με επιβεβαίωσε ότι όλα είναι καλά, παρέλαβα ένα σαλόνι σε κάκιστη κατάσταση. Φθαρμένα δέρματα, γεμάτα σημάδια, κατεστραμμένα αφρολέξ και εμφανή σημάδια κακής αποθήκευσης. Και σαν να μην έφταναν όλα αυτά, από το υποβραχίονο του οδηγού έλειπε το μισό!!!Μίλησα παλι μαζί του τηλεφωνικά και προσπαθούσε να με πεισει ότι τα δέρματα θα επανέλθουν μονα τους!!! Δεν το συνέχισα για την κακή κατάσταση των δερμάτων και πηγα το σαλόνι σε ταπετσέρη όπου έδωσα άλλα 150€ ώστε να το αποκαταστήσει. Ζήτησα, όμως, από τον υπευθυνο να βρει και να μου στείλει το κομμάτι που λείπει από το υποβραχίονο του οδηγού, το οποίο κοστίζει 450€ για να το αγοράσω. Μάλιστα, δεν τον πίεσα χρονικά ούτε μίλησα έντονα ή με διάθεση καβγά, ενώ θα μπορούσα. Έχουν περάσει, λοιπόν, δύο μήνες από τότε και με έχουν αγνοήσει εντελώς!!! Μου πούλησαν ένα σαλόνι ταλαιπωρημένο για 400€, με έβαλαν να χαλάσω άλλα 150€ για να το επιδιορθώσω και τώρα πρέπει να δώσω άλλα 450€ για το κομμάτι που δεν μου έστειλαν. Μόνο απογοήτευση από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα... Αντί επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και εξαπάτηση. Απάντηση στην απάντηση του καταστήματος: Αγόρασα ένα προιόν που μου επιβεβαιώσετε πως είναι σε άριστη κατάσταση. Σας ρώτησα για ότι φαινεται στις φωτογραφίες και μου είπατε πως είναι το φως που πέφτει και φαίνεται έτσι. Τώρα όσο αφορά για την απάντησή σας για το κομμάτι που λείπει, ακόμα και τώρα δείχνετε έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού. Δεν φτάνει που δεν μου το είπατε κατά την αγορά, μου λέτε τώρα πως δεν μπορείτε να επιβαρυνθείτε και το κόστος για να με καλύψετε και πως πρέπει εγώ να περιμένω πότε θα σας βολεύει!!! Τέλος, σας κρίνω με βάση την τιμή που το αγόρασα. Σε φυσιολογική τιμή μου το πουλήσατε. Ακόμα, όμως, και αν υποτεθεί πως μου το πουλήσατε φθηνό, δεν μου είπατε πως έχει ελαττώματα και πως λείπουν κομμάτια, αντιθέτως, επαναλαμβάνω, μου επιβεβαιώσατε πως είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Μην το συνεχίζετε... Εκτίθεστε... Great disappointment from this store. About two months ago, I bought a used living room (front and rear seats) for Alfa Romeo Giulietta at € 400. However, I asked the person in charge to find and send me the missing piece from the driver's arm, which costs 450 € to buy it. In fact, I did not push him in time or speak loudly or in a quarrelsome mood, while I could. So, two months have passed since then and they have completely ignored me !!! They sold me a living room that was damaged for € 400, they made me spoil another € 150 to fix it and now I have to give another € 450 for the piece they did not send me. Only disappointment from the specific store ... Instead of professional behavior and deception. Reply to the store reply: I bought a product that you can confirm is in excellent condition. I asked you what it looks like in the photos and you told me that it is the light that falls and looks like that. Now as for your answer to the missing piece, even now you show a lack of professionalism. It is not enough that you did not tell me during the purchase, you are telling me now that you can not bear the cost to cover me and that I have to wait when it will be convenient for you !!! Όταν ήταν να παραλάβω το πήρα με ένα κλειδί αφού είχα πληρώσει κ ειχα κάνει χαρτιά το άλλο δν υπήρχε μ είπαν, και ότι θέλει φρέον το κλιματιστικό..Μόνο φρέον δν θέλει έχει διαρροή τλκ κ έχω μπλέξει με τους ηλεκτρολόγους κ πετάω τα λεφτά έτσι. Μου είπαν είναι καινούργιο από κάτω το πήγα ΚΤΕΟ γιατι ήταν να βγάλω την άδεια κοιτάμε από κάτω σκουριά το αυτοκίνητο χαχα γελάω γιατι παίζεται με την ψυχολογία του πελάτη και τα λεφτά που δίνει δν τα βρίσκει στον δρόμο.θα αγόραζα πάλι από εσάς αλλά καλύτερα να δώσω κάτι παραπάνω και ν έχω το κεφάλι μου Ήσυχο παρά πήγα να γλυτωσω 500 ευρώ τα οποία θα τα δώσω τώρα για το κλιματιστικό.
