K	Kostas Liouvas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μετά την αγορά προϊόντων. Αγοράσαμε διπλό κρεβάτι με στρώμα. Σε έξι μήνες το στρώμα χάλασε και έγινε ραφλες. Ήρθαν και μας το άλλαξαν. Ως εδώ οκ. Μετά απο καιρό πάλι και το δεύτερο στρώμα χάλασε. Πήραμε τηλέφωνο για να έρθουν να το δούνε και ακόμα δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε κάνεις να έρθει. Τους ενόχλησαμε στα κεντρικά γραφεία και μας είπαν ότι έστειλαν το αίτημα στο λογιστήριο. Αλλά ακόμα τίποτα. Παρόλο που έχει εγγύηση το στρώμα. Αν αποφασισετε να αγοράσετε κάτι μη το κάνετε. Γιατί μετά την αγορά δεν τους νοιάζει τίποτα. Δεν υπάρχει after sales services όπως λένε. Διστυχως είναι μια απογοήτευση η συμπεριφορά τους. Poor customer service after purchasing products. We bought a double bed with a mattress. In six months the mattress broke down and became ruffles. They came and changed it for us. So far ok. After a while, the second layer broke again. We got on the phone to come and see it and still did not care if you came. We annoyed them at the headquarters and they told us that they sent the request to the accounting office. But still nothing. Although the mattress is guaranteed. If you decide to go it cheap and risk the low bandwidth you are only fooling yourself. Because after the purchase they do not care about anything. There is no after sales services as they say. Unfortunately, their behavior is a disappointment.
Ν	ΝΙΚΟΛ Β. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα γωνία 2000€. Αυτό που μου έφεραν δεν άξιζε ούτε για 500€. Λάθος χρώμα κ τα μαξιλάρια σαν να έχω το σαλόνι πάνω από 10 χρόνια. Δέχτηκαν να μου κάνουν την αλλαγή, μου είπαν σε 15 μέρες θα γίνει η αλλαγή, κοντεύουν 2 μήνες κ ακόμα να πάρω τη γωνία που αγόρασα. Η δικαιολογία κάθε βδομάδα που παίρνω τηλέφωνο είναι ότι το εργοστάσιο έκλεισε λόγω κοβιντ.. δεν θα ξαναγορασω από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. I bought a corner 2000 €. What they brought me was not worth even 500 €. Wrong color and pillows as if I have had the living room for over 10 years. They agreed to make the change for me, they told me in 15 days the change will be made, they are close to 2 months and I can still get the corner I bought. The excuse every week I get a phone call is that the factory closed due to couvind .. I will not buy again from this store.

Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω!! Excellent store with very helpful staff, welcoming space and amazing prices..I have bought many times from this store and I was satisfied with the quality of the products and the delivery time !! A	ALEX Iskader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα σαλόνι 2.200 τραπέζι 430 και μια πολυθρόνα που ακόμα δεν έχω παραλαβή ..η παραγγελία μου έγινε αρχές Δεκεμβρίου το σαλόνι το παρέλαβα άμεσα με κάποια ελαττώματα ..το τραπέζι το πήρα μέσα Φεβρουαρίου το οποίο ήρθε κ χτυπημένο αλλά κ με σπασμένο πόδι το πήραν για διόρθωση μια φορά αλλά μου το επιστρέψαν το ένα έτοιμο κ το άλλο με το ίδιο χτύπημα που υπήρχε με αποτέλεσμα να ξανά φύγει το τραπέζι πίσω για επιδιόρθωση ειναι μεσα Μαρτίου κ εγώ δεν έχω παραλαβή ούτε την πολυθρόνα και κάθε φορά που περνώ περιμένω το φορτηγό που θα έρθει από εβδομάδα κ μάλλον θα ειναι μεσα κ η πολυθρονα … I bought a living room 2,200 table 430 and an armchair that I have not yet received .. my order was made in early December I received the living room immediately with some defects .. S	Stefania-Izampella Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με τα από ένα χρόνο χρήσης τα έπιπλα τους δεν είναι καθόλου ποιοτικά! Καναπές μεγάλος γωνιακός, τρίζει λες κ είναι δεκαετίας! Είναι πάρα πολύ ενοχλητικό. Το κρεβάτι επίσης έχει αρχίσει κ τρίζει. Επιπλα σαλονιού, έχουν αρχίσει κ ξεθωριάζει το χρώμα στα πόδια. Και τέλος οι καρέκλες τραπεζαρίας έχουν μαλακώσει πάρα πολύ κ η πλάτη τους είναι ασταθής! Ήταν όλοι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί κ δεν είχαμε κανένα παράπονο από το προσωπικό. Τα έπιπλα όμως είναι δεν έχουν καθόλου καλή ποιότητα κ ειδικά για τις τιμές τους. Σαλόνια , κρεβατοκάμαρες παιδικά εφηβικά και ότι άλλο ζητήσει κανείς για τον προσωπικό του χώρο η για επαγγελματικό χώρο τουριστικής κατεύθυνσης ( καταλύματα , ξενοδοχεία ) . Η υποδοχή που έτυχα ήταν επαγγελματική και ευγενική , χωρίς χρονική πίεση και πιεστικής πώλησης . Θετικά ανεπιφύλακτα πριν προβειτε σε αγορά επίπλων .
