Κλείνουμε ραντεβού να δούμε σπίτι, και μετά από μια μέρα και 1 ώρα πριν το ραντεβού, μας κάλεσαν να μας πουν ότι το σπίτι νοικιάστηκε! Χωρίς να μας έχουν ενημερώσει καθόλου ότι το σπίτι έχει κλείσει στα λόγια, αλλά μπορεί κάτι να πάει στραβά ώστε αν θέλουμε να πάμε να το δούμε. Έχοντας ως αποτέλεσμα εμείς να δεσμεύσουμε αυτή την ώρα για ένα σχεδόν νοικιασμένο σπίτι χωρίς να το γνωρίζουμε και να χάσουμε χρόνο από το να κοιτάξουμε κάτι άλλο. Η αιτιολογία του Μεσίτη: εμένα με ένοιαζε να το δώσω σίγουρα και να πάρω τα χρήματα μου, δεν ήμουν σίγουρος ότι θα το κλείσουν! Καταλαβαίνετε λοιπόν την ποιότητα αυτού του γραφείου. ΜΗΔΕΝ σεβασμός απέναντι στον πελάτη! Ειλικρινά ΜΑΚΡΥΑ από εδώ!!! Keep away from this Real Estate Agent! The Worst Realtor! Irresponsible and rude! We make an appointment to see the house, and after a day and an hour before the appointment, they invited us to tell us that the house was rented! Without us being told at all that the house has been closed in words, but something can go wrong if we want to go see it. As a result, we are currently committed to an almost rented home without knowing it and wasting time looking at something else. The Reason of the Realtor: I cared about giving it for sure and getting my money back, I wasn't sure they would close it! So you understand the quality of this office. NO respect for the customer! From the best brokers, callers 3-4 times do not know when tpt and say that they will contact you and when nothing. if you do not want to sell do not take pity on the people who assign them to you.
a	alex nt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο μεσιτικό!Επι 1 εβδομάδα παίρναμε για να κλείσουμε ραντεβού και να δούμε ένα σπίτι και μας είχαν συνέχεια στην αναμονή λέγοντας μας οτι ΘΑ επικοινωνήσουν με τον ιδιοκτήτη και ΘΑ βρουν χρόνο, λόγω πολλών ραντεβού. Αφού ξεκαθαρίσαμε, οτι θέλουμε άμεσα μία απάντηση, ως δια μαγείας βρήκαν τον ιδιοκτήτη και μας έστειλαν μήνυμα μέσα σε μία ώρα, πως το σπίτι δεν είναι διαθέσιμο. Και για να μην παίρνει η μπάλα όλους τους εργαζομένους γιατί δεν μίλησα με κάποιον άλλο, απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματική η συμπεριφορά της κ. Χαρίτου. Την επόμενη φορά που δεν έχετε έτοιμα σπίτια να δείξετε (γιατί μάθαμε εκ των υστέρων ποιό είναι το σπίτι που πρόκειται να ανακαινιστεί και ήταν σε άθλια κατάσταση) ή που βάζετε σπίτια κράχτες σκεφτείτε το καλύτερα. Κινήσατε διαδικασίες τις οποίες δεν μπορούσατε να τις κάνετε όλες αυτές τις μέρες, έπρεπε να περάσει καμιά βδομάδα..οκ..Επίσης ωραίος φίλος ο ιδιοκτήτης...που και να μην ήταν..... Α	Αικατερίνη Αναγνώστου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είχα σκοπό να ασχοληθώ με το συγκεκριμένο μεσιτικό, αλλά εφόσον η ιδιοκτήτρια είχε το θράσος να με καλέσει και να ζητήσει τα ρέστα για άσχημη κριτική που δέχτηκε θεωρώντας πως εγώ κρύβομαι πίσω απο αυτή, θα γράψω κι εγώ την εμπειρία μου.Με ονοματεπώνυμο!Εκτός του ότι δε σηκώνουν ποτέ τα τηλέφωνα και είναι μόνιμα απασχολημένοι, προσωπικά έδωσα τα στοιχεία μου 3 φορές, είπα πως ενδιαφέρομαι για ενοικίαση συγκεκριμένου δημοσιευμένου ακινήτου και πέρασαν 2 εβδομάδες χωρίς καν να έχω κάποια ενημέρωση. Παίρναμε σχεδόν καθημερινά αλλά υπήρχε συνέχεια αναβλητικότητα από πλευράς μεσιτικού. Σήμερα μας ενημέρωσαν πως το σπίτι για το οποίο μιλούσαμε σχεδόν καθημερινά δεν είναι διαθέσιμο. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. Καταλαβαίνω πως την ίδια δικαιολογία για τον ιδιοκτήτη αναφέρατε και σε άλλους ενδιαφερόμενους εξου και οι άσχημες κριτικές. Έχουμε ραντεβού το οποίο η μεσιτρια έχει ξεχάσει και περιμένουμε 15 λεπτά στο κρύο, ενω στο μεταξύ το σπίτι έχει "κατά πάσα πιθανότητα νοικιαστει", πράγμα για το οποίο δεν έχω ενημερωθεί. However, they didn't call. We called back. Never got an answer. Think it twice before doing business with these people.
